“Close and convenient”
Very close to the station, 7/11 literally connected to it on the ground floor. Staff were nice, I can’t remember what the issue was but they upgraded my room when I checked in as well.

Receptionists were helpful, even escorting us to the elevator when we checked in. I love this hotel because of the convenient location and affordable price, it is a short walk from JR ikebukero station. Conbini is right downstairs.

The location is excellent. It's a few minutes walk from the train station and is close to the major attractions and restaurants in Ikebukuro.

“Comfortable hotel very close to Ikebukuro station and shopping area.”
The hotel is in a great location, very close to Ikebukuro station and to the shopping area and Sunshine City, we walked everywhere. The room was more spacious than we expected (we know hotel rooms in Tokyo are small but we had plenty of room for our suitcase and to enjoy the seating/table area). The staff were really friendly and they also helped us with filling up the form to send our suitcase to our next destination by Takkyubin (Yamato). The amenities available were really nice, especially the apple tea and the skincare samples. It was great to have a small 7-Eleven right next to the hotel for drinks and snacks. There were also two Family Mart konbinis within 5 minute walk from the hotel. The area is great for shopping and also for day trips by train or metro, as Ikebukuro station is really well connected. We have stated at a different Centurion hotel before and we would recommend this chain of hotels.

“Great place to stay, good sized room friendly and helpful staff”
We were upgraded for free and on top floor. When we left one of the staff walked us to our bus station and made sure we were in the correct place we would never have found it without this service.
