It was great value for what we were looking for, room was quiet and it was close to various big stations which made transportation easy and fuss free. Also the neighbourhood has great restaurants and the staff (very nice and accommodating) has a map for recommendations at the reception which me made use of. We liked that the hotel has free coffee, and a water and ice dispenser at the entrance and a decent breakfast, although did not take advantage of it every morning.

It was clean, quiet, despite the construction, close to akihabara and the staff were very nice. They kept our trolley bags for a week until we returned for recheck-in( they moved our baggages to the room) There’s a smoking area outside

The hotel staff were very friendly. The hotel was in a prime location, within walking distance to electric town and Ueno park. Extremely clean and well looked after.

The hotel is nice and comfortable, but the downside is the lack of a washing machine in the hotel. They do offer a laundry service, but it is very expensive for the amount of laundry - 1700 yen for a very small bag that would fit 1 adult's autfit. Compared to the 100 yen coin machine in the other hotel we stayed that handled the whole family's laundry.

“Nice hotel with super helpful staff in a great location between Ueno and Akihabara”
The hotel was super clean, and the room had enough space for 2 people and the luggage. There was free coffee and water on the 1st floor, as well as a vending machine with drinks. The breakfast was good - not a big choice, but every day the kitchen served something different. It was a mix of Western-style and Japanese-style breakfast. The dining space is small but enough to accommodate guests. The staff was very helpful with check-in, and they helped me send my luggage to the next hotel. I truly recommend staying at this hotel, given the price and location.

The rooms are perfect size, enough space for the luggage. The hotel is really close to akihabara and 5-10 minutes walk to subway stations. Modern, clean and the staff really nice and helpful.
