“Location is everything”

Great location and very clean. Staff were excellent and helped with everything possible. We also had everything we needed in terms of facilities. Location is very convenient as there is a station less than a 10 minute walk which has great links to the main attractions in Tokyo (although the trains can be confusing)! The surrounding area has a lot of good restaurants and bars etc and the vibe is quite chilled in the day but livelier at night, especially on Fridays. Thank you to the Best Western team :)

It was a fantastic location, close to everything. Had great food around the hotel and a family mart right next door. They upgraded our room with no charge and without request. Staff was very kind and let us hold our luggage at the hotel even after check out.
