“Great stay here will come again”
Clean, comfy and spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff and free refreshments available. In the heart of Shinjuku but in a quiet area. Highly recommend staying here.

Free breakfast and afternoon snacks and drinks. Very near the busy Kabukicho area. There is a grocery right beside the hotel.

It had a nice modern feel when we arrived. Staff were very helpful by contacting a previous hotel for us to enquire about a lost item. The free breakfast was unexpected, it was simple but a great way to start the day. There were also free drinks in the afternoon but we didn't partake in those. We could pick up any amenities we needed on our way up to the room. The room was small but that was expected. It was quiet at night and had several convenience stores close by. The hotel was about a 10 minute to the centre of Shinjuku and had a bus that stopped right outside.

Great hotel with a cool vibe. Staff at reception are very helpful. The rooms are small but well designed and had everything we needed for a comfy stay. The beds are so comfortable and the room was really quiet. The facilities to wash and dry clothes was very handy the communal kitchen and lounge area are great places to relax and reset. Free breakfast offerings, free bar each night for happy hour and doughnuts 24/7. Good for our family of 4 (kids 5 & 8).

Located in heart of Shinjuku and everything is in close proximity. Hotel provides free continental breakfast 24 hours tea and coffee machine and happy hours in evening with selection free Japanese whiskey and wine. Free water bottles provided too.

Modern hotel in a good location being only a short walk from the centre of Shinjuku. Loved the free flow hot drinks, donuts and alcohol every evening - a very nice touch!

“By far our favourite hotel in Japan”
The rooms were comfortable, I would say it was a reasonable size for Japan compared to what I expected. The amenities were fantastic. Breakfast was good, and one of the only hotels we stayed in where it was included. It was quiet at night so we were able to get a good nights sleep.
