“Comfortable stay at ART Hotel Nippori”
Very good property with a decent breakfast (strong coffee and hot chocolate!). 2 mins away from Nippori station on the Yamanote line giving it great connectivity to all of Tokyo... There is also a 7-eleven and Family Mart right opposite the property...

Great location 5 mins walk from jr nippori station with connecting to keisei skyliner line to narita airport. Big room and perfect for 3 pax. I got room upgrade to 14th floor with a newly renovated room ( panorama window). The room is equipped with shower amenities and capsules coffee machine. Bed is comfy with 2 comfy pillows

Great location for Nipori Station. Got upgraded for one night while sharing with a mate. Wow. Very impressed with the suite we got. Then, back to a single room and just a comfy box. Staff are wonderful as ever. Great location.

Good hotel. A little far from the main city but we extended our stay in this hotel because Nippori stn was just mins walk. All the konbinis were nearby and most importantly Skyliner to Narita Airport was easily available. It saved us from worrying how to reach the airport.
