I liked the Capsule Hotel in general. It was clean, the capsules were comfy and the staff was nice and helpful. Free breakfast and dinner were great. The hot bath, as well as the resting area were also nice. The building is centrally located in the heart of Tokyo (just 1 stop away from Tokyo station). If you are a guy: The chain has a capsule hotel for guys nearby the train station.

Absolutely exceptional stay with an incredible choice of facilities as well as food and drink provided at no extra cost. There was so much to choose from even just from the drinks machines which were available 24hr. Breakfast was available 6-10AM, and in the evening there was ramen, ochazuke, popcorn and ice lollies also available. The free 5 alcoholic drinks a night was very impressive, they also had ingredients to make mocktails too. The massage chairs were a nice splash of luxury and absolutely perfect after a long day out exploring Tokyo. I also love that it is designed as if you were to arrive empty-handed. There’s no need to lug around heavy toiletry bags to the bathroom or upstairs to the bathing area. There is everything you need freely available at your fingertips. The free PJs were also a nice touch and often most of the women walked around wearing them in the communal areas, was a very cosy atmosphere. I will definitely return here.

I was genuinely upset about leaving this place. During my stay, I honestly felt like a princess. The hosts were very social, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Everything felt very luxurious and comfortable. You are provided with fresh pajamas and towels every single day, and the pajamas are genuinely comfortable and suitable for pretty much all body sizes. The capsules were incredibly spacious, with enough room to store some of your belongings, and they were also decently isolated from both view and noise, allowing you to truly rest well in your pod. In addition, there is a separate, spacious locker where you can store the rest of your belongings. The lounge area is large and comfortable, and provides free food and drinks throughout the entire day. There are even free massage chairs you can use, which is probably what I will miss the most. The hostel also has a sentō (Japanese bathhouse) and a sauna on the eighth floor, as well as washing machines that guests can use. There are also more than enough facilities in the surrounding area. This is definitely a place I will return to.

It was my fourth time staying there. I love it very much. Good prices for lots of amenities. Good location. Konbini near by. Lots of izakays near by. One of the guest was not respecting the no talking rules in the room and the staff intervened rapidly.

Clean, respectful, well located, and good value for money. They provide so many extras (food, toiletries, etc).

Everything was amazing, the sento with huge selection of soaps and shampoos, the snack dinner and breakfast, massage chairs, clean and comfortable capsules. I will definitely stay again as the allover experience was delightful. Thank you so much
