“Helpful staff but rooms are small”

Staff was friendly and helpful, they tried their best to suit my halal dietary options with their chef in their restaurant. Lobby was also a nice distraction for nights.

Modern, clean hotel with an excellent compact room, good restaurant, useful gym and in a good location.

Modern and efficient without loosing the comforts. Best View on the streets and connections to other places in Tokyo. Good breakfast offerings. I love the varieties of fruits, salads and Japanese fresh made rice balls.

Room auto door lock was not working. Didn't need to use card key to open the door. Terrible security. Avoid using this hotel.

Very conveniently located in Ginza. Beddings and toilets were very good. Complimentary bottle drinks were unlimited. Staff were all courteous and helpful

“Perfect location”

The location was perfect, only a few minutes walk from the train/subway station. There was also a helpful section at the reception where you could grab things you had forgotten like water, slippers, pajamas etc. The rooftop was also a really nice place to sit and relax, even if it was a bit cold. We really enjoyed how close it was to convenience stores and restaurants as well. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a hotel in Tokyo which is nearby other cities.

The hotel is located at Ginza 6. Surrounded with so many shopping places. Asakusa line tat Higashi-Ginza station is just step away. The bed is so comfy and homey - like it a lot.

very clean room, kind reception staff, the interieur for the younger generation. Location is great, next to Ginza. Bathroom well equipted. cosy bed. No experience regarding breakfast.

Contact to offer options between interconnecting rooms was appreciated Check in was quick and rooms were as expected. Breakfast was great with good variety of options between different cuisines. Good range of room amenities on offer and extras were available in hotel lobby. Check out was efficient.
