the breakfast has very limited western options, and all the breads are kept in a seperate area so we didnt find them until last day.

Amazing location with shopping malls just steps away. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Rooms are spacious. Good value for money. Very thoughtful of them to offer free coffee and pastries in the morning. Housekeeping is available till 4pm everyday!

Went early to drop off my luggage and the staff suggested I register first and collect my card key at the check in time. upon seeing that my room type is already available he processed the entire check in and gave me my card key instead. I thought this is always a good gesture as tourists generally are tired and need a shower after a long flight. Complimentary early check ins are always appreciated.

Absolutely fantastic stay — I would give this hotel a full 5 stars without hesitation. The location is simply perfect and honestly cannot be beaten. It sits right off the main shopping street in Ginza, so you are just a stone’s throw from excellent shopping, dining, and transport. Yet, despite being so central, the hotel itself feels relatively quiet and calm, without crowds of tourists thronging the road right outside. The best of both worlds. The room was huge by Tokyo standards and extremely well designed. The layout was highly functional, with excellent use of space — it never felt cramped at all, even with luggage fully opened. Everything just worked effortlessly. The room was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped, with charging ports everywhere (bedside, desk, even near the sink), which made the stay incredibly convenient. This is very much a no-frills hotel done right — clean, modern, efficient, and comfortable, without unnecessary fuss. It delivers exactly what travellers need, and does it exceptionally well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo. If you’re staying in Ginza, this should absolutely be your top choice.

This hotel is situated in a wonderful area for exploring the Ginza neighbourhood and beyond. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the facilities at the hotel provided everything we needed for our stay. The rooms were also a nice size especially by Tokyo standards, being both quiet and functional for our stay. We would recommend and would definitely come here again.

Perfect place to stay in Tokyo: great breakfast and options for sport, all the must have places to visit are at hand

We were family of four and stayed in the hotel, booked two rooms as the room sizes are not that spacious. The location of the hotel is really good. Hotel offers complimentary coffee, croissants and bananas in the morning for those who do not have breakfast included to their stays.

Even before we arrived the staff were helpful, friendly and accommodated our requests. We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. The staff were respectful and lovely to deal with. The hotel was beautiful, modern and very clean. Buffet had a great variety and the restaurant had tasty food. Thank you for making our holiday memorable and hope to stay at another AC Marriott in the future.

It is a relatively new property and the room is clean, size is comfortable compared to most hotels in Ginza area. I hope the owner can consider to install some hooks/hanger in the toilet to hang the clothes while showering.
