Breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. Staff were very friendly. The location was great, walking distance to delicious eat streets. We used the laundry also which was handy. The free soups were great too.

“Very cost-effective good business hotel”
Very good breakfast, nice takeout drinks, good location surrounded by casual restaurants and Japanese style Izakayas nearby Tokushima Train Station. This hotel would be a very cost-effective good business hotel.

“A very good value for money hotel”
Everything was very good. An added bonus was a coffee, soup and soft drink station which was available gratis in the evening.

Excellent 3-star hotel. Good price. Staff were helpful and courteous. The room was perfectly clean, Was able to check in around 10pm and check out at 5am.

“Clean, well equipped but may be far from the station”
-clean, had all amenities such as toothbrush etc -provided pajyamas (long button up, no bottoms) - ensuite with shower and bath - close to convenience store and restaurants - surrounding areas are quiet and very nice to take a stroll around!

“Free soup”
The room was way more spacious than I expected (Japanese hotel rooms are often very small) and there was a free soup machine. You could get some beef soup, corn soup and cream chowder soup for free! There was also a microwave on my floor.
