The staff at Aloha were super friendly and helpful, the cottage is close to the port and right in front of a store with food and drink options. The cottage is very cosy and the outdoor area is so peaceful. Thank you so much!

The house is small, but just enough for a family. There's a nice and big garden around the house and you have a nice view to the lush green hills around. This is much nicer than staying in any of the hotels on the island. Children can play in the garden. There's a small grocery store literally right in front of the property, so if you plan to prepare food, you don't have to bring any. (There's also another supermarket within walking distance.) It is very peaceful. The kitchen is equipped with basic dishes, cutlery, etc. We forgot our daughter's bike helmet when we left and we would not even have noticed had the ferry staff not later asked us if we had lost a helmet. Apparently, the owners of the house took the helmet and left it with the ferry staff, describing our car and then the staff approached us. So we got the helmet back and we appreciate very much how the owners went out of their way to make sure we receive it. Thank you very much.

“Would absolutely recommend to stay here when visiting Okinawa!”
This was our favourite stay in Japan and experience overall. The hosts were exceptional and treated us with the Okinawan spirit we weren't even expecting. The location was absolutely fabulous for a chill evening and hanging outside. The yard provided gave a feeling of freedom and a true paradise vacation. The room was comfy with everything needed. The location was very calm and quite and close to the port, providing accesability to transports. The local store right opposite the street provided great convenience for grabbing snacks and drinks for the evening.

“I love it. I already miss being there.”
The owner is extremely nice. The area around has a lot pf accomidities within walking distance, grocery store like 10feet away, yakitori like 20 feet. Everything else is less thana half mile.if you want to travel they offer rentals and also a. Us ia nearby at the port you can take. My son and i really enjoyed pur time there.
