“Perfect location to explore the island”
Accommodation is as per description and photos, with everything you need a very short walk away. The staff are amazing - communication prior to arrival is efficient, which was great as we had issues getting there due to typhoon and had to change the stay timing. Once at the property the staff are friendly and always willing to help.

KameKame House is the family place with the option of futons to experience Japanese culture and sleeping on the floor. We absolutely loved the kindness and truly Japanese experience of the place. Tomoka and other ladies were super friendly and welcoming. My daughter played with 3 dogs and the pig, who lives on the attic 😉 we loved it so much that my daughter keeps talking about it.

“Nice and friendly space, a few minutes from the beach.”
The place is basic but with a nice vibe. People are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms are simple but clean and I had a small bathroom. It's well situated (only a few minutes from the beach). There is a laundry machine. Around you have some restaurants and a general shop.

“Lovely guesthouse in Tokashiki”
Great spot in Tokashiki! Very friendly and kind staff, our room was clean and comfortable. The dinner & breakfast options offered were tasty with local food. Pick-up and drop off at the ferry station was a plus. We’ll be back!

Drop off and pick up from Tokashiki port was really useful! location is amazing of course and the staff were lovely, and let us stop off at ATM before our journey back on the ferry. Cute Pomeranian running around :)

The staff is great, kind and welcoming. They pick you up at the port and take you back when you return. They were very helpful and recommend us a great tour to see turtles at Tokashiku beach (and we did saw one!) and then they picked us up there and took us directly to the port. They also arranged a special breakfast for us, because we are vegetarians and it was very tasty. The rooms are simple, but they are very clean. Is very close to Aharen beach, Izakayas and the small supermarket.

“Good option to stay near Aharen beach”
The location is very good, close to Aharen beach. The staff is very helpful and polite. The room was small but the tatami mats were incredibly comfortable. We had the breakfast included which was tasty and good value for money. The shuttle service from and to the port included is really a big plus! In addition, they keep your luggage after checking out and offer a shower room before departure, which is great to enjoy additional time at the beach.

Kame Kame House was great. A very friendly little hostel with everything I needed. The place has a family vibe that made me feel very comfortable and breakfast was generous and nutritious to set you up for the day. I'd recommend it. 💫
