“WOW what a great Ryokan !!!”
excellent Fully equipped room, everything was new and with Perfect shape. Great location, , free of charge laundry, great Onsen, superb food both Breakfast and Dinner that was outstanding. The team was professional and did all they could and succeeded in giving us "HOME" FEELING.

The staff were so nice and helpful. We really appreciated the friendly service at checkin and at meal times when the staff explained the menu. The food was excellent and our room was very nice and spacious with a lovely view. My daughter also left a necklace behind after checkout and staff arranged to send it to our next hotel which was much appreciated. The front desk and restaurant staff really were excellent and went out of their way to help with everything including tours, lunch etc.

Despite some rainy days, I had a perfect time in the rice fields of Niigata. You can rent an electric bike (for a small fee) to explore the area, if you don't come by car. The food and drinks are delicious! You should absolutely go for the sake and/or wine pairing with dinner.

“Good for short stay and nice French dinner”
The free flow of sake surprised us. The dining experience and atmosphere at the restaurant were excellent.
