“Lovely safe stay”

Lovely family, very accomodating and a wonderful safe affordable option to sleep safely and in peace in Tahiti Iti. Perfect spot if you're planning to go to Teahupo'o to see the surfers and visit the more natural part of the island. Make sure you're aware of how to get to this part of the island and plan transportation in advance.

Everything. The owners are super friendly and welcoming. They will go out of their way to make you feel at home. The view is phenomenal, I think I could wash up all day with such a view from the sink 😍 the room was comfortable and the amenities very decent with warm water in the shower 👍 I definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely amazing!! The pictures really don't do it justice. The room is very spacious with an amazing view. The bed was sooo comfy and sleeping to the sound of the sea is amazing. If you're lucky, you can even spot whales from the window! The location is also amazing, as it's a bit out of the way of the super touristy parts of Tahiti- the beaches and restaurants in the area are great! The hosts were so kind and helpful as well. It's really amazing value for money and I can't recommend this place enough. I can't wait to go back!!

“You have to come here”

My stay here was amazing, probably one of the best views I ever got. There is a really big bed with a mosquito net, a table and lots of storages. But the must was the view : directly on the ocean, where I saw 7 or 8 whales during my 5 days there. The accommodation is a independent studio on the property of a really nice family, there is a hot shower and toilets just near the room. The location is far away from the main city but it brings quiet and peace, and there is a fabulous snorkelling spot 10 minutes away by foot from the house (and as well Tatahi tour, for whale watching)

This place was just insane! It's impossible to imagine a better view than here (we were just super sad that we came before the whale season and we did not have a chance to watch them through the window!). Very private, very comfy, with extremely cool, helpful and chatty owners (with very good English!). What a shame that we could stay here only one night!

“Great Spot”

The View is breathtaking, and calm, very close to the see, corals and whales 6 months every year... It is well kept by a very nice Family who do care about giving the best Tahitian experience. Moana gave me a lot of cool tips and experiences to have there... Great people, great spot, try it 👌🌴

“Perfect!”

First day in Tahiti. Woke up to a beautiful view of the bay with a rainbow and whales in the bay. Fast internet, hot water, lovely kitchen and most of all the friendliest most accommodating hosts you can imagine. Great Vibes! Couldn't ask for more.

another incredible stay at Maui, if you decide to stay here you’ll understand how perfect and relaxing the place is. it is super accommodating and accessible to all your needs. Bikes to use to get into town but hitch hiking is very easy. Was definitely a highlight of my trip coming back to the beautiful accommodation and stunning view to wake up to every morning. The host Moana and his partner are very friendly and helpful in every way possible, you feel very looked after and safe here with good security. place is clean and well maintained. Do yourself a favour and stay at Maui homestay!! Enjoy

Maui Homestay exceeded my expectations! the most incredible setup and view over the the ocean. above the main road but is quite and very peaceful. I’d recommend the place to any traveler/s looking for a relaxing easy going place and look forward to staying there again myself. Moana is extremely friendly and helpful in making sure you have a great time and recommending things to do and places to see. As a surfer it’s right infront of a sick wave and only 10 min from teahupoo

💯 stay in Moana’s and his wife place was really great experience. Bicycle for free was a super nice exta 👌🏻 I was traveling alone and their help me a lot with transport and recommendations. Also give super advices that make may stay to be an incredible experience. Book their place without thinking. Hope to come back and stay on master room because it’s really another level. Maururuuuu <3

Im a surfer from Oz. Stay here. Trust me... Doesnt really get better. Even washing your dishes from the kitchen is insane.Stayed only a few day but felt like much longer. Comfy beds, good enough internet, Teahupo'o 10mins down the road..
