“A Wonderful Stay.”
The motel has been remodeled since my last stay. I loved the knotty pine interiors which give it more of a north woods feel. The sun room area is nice and we were surprised by the breakfast goodies(although very limited).

The rooms were very comfortable with a beautiful view! The property offered coffee and snacks for breakfast and also has a sister property that has restaurant which we really enjoyed. Great location for nearby hikes and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The gal at reception was absolutely delightful! We'd return just to see her, she felt like one of us sisters! Great place, sublime location. We'll go back there again.

“A good stay in an escellent location.”
This property was in an excellent location for our travelling schedule. The room was large and clean with a good view over the Lake.

“It's ok but I probably won't stay here again.”
The room was very clean! The beds were comfy and the pillows were FABULOUS!!! The view from the balcony was very pretty and we could see the sunsets and sunrises. They had us on the second floor but I have bad knees so they moved us down and were very happy to do it.

“Great Getaway at Lake Superior”

Breakfast not offered due to Covid concerns. Superb sight & sound of Lake Superior from room & balcony. Very clean facility. Area has numerous hiking trails & parks nearby
