The interior design is nice, rooms are clean with comfortable beds. They're also conveniently located near the pier in the city centre. At the reception, you can get a coupon for free coffee and a discount at their café.

The hotel had lovely décor and was conveniently located close to the harbour. The bed was very comfortable, and the large shower with quality shampoo and body wash was a nice touch. The room also included a hairdryer, and the noise-cancelling machine was appreciated given how noisy both the hotel and surrounding area could be. Free parking was available, which was useful.

Clean and a great location. The restaurant food at Bearhouse restaurant was excellent.

Location is great, very close to all amenities. Room size was adequate, and bathroom was pretty good. Staff were good to have changed our room after the first night. If you're going into it knowing it's at best a three star hotel where you're likely to have some disturbed sleep then you'll probably be alright.
