Overview
Set in the Black Forest town of Todtmoos, Gersbacher is a 300-year-old hotel, build entirely in wood. It offers traditional rooms, free Wi-Fi, regional cuisine and a free use of public transport. All rooms at the Gersbacher Hof feature Black Forest-style interiors with modern satellite TV and en suite bathrooms. Most have a private balcony, which provides views of the surroundings. A hot buffet breakfast is served daily in the dining hall of the hotel. Selected wines, coffee brews and local homemade cakes are served on the south-facing terrace during the summer months. The Wehra Valley around the Gerbacher Hof hotel offers ideal countryside for hiking and cross-country skiing. The hotel is 50 km from Freiburg, the French city of Mulhouse and the Swiss city of Basel.

“You must stay here! Roger and his wife are beautiful people”
Beautiful hotel, immaculately clean and the owner and his wife were the most friendly, helpful and lovely people. Nothing was too much trouble - he even picked us up one evening from the local town as we had missed the bus. Food is exceptional. A truly personal and fantastic experience.

“Had a great stay with some of the best service we have experienced for years”
Arrived late after a long day of hiking in rain from Titisee so the kitchen was closed but the owner was very friendly af offered us cheese, fruit ond bread without extra charge. On top of that he prepared the sauna (also for free) at he could see we were cold an tired. The breakfast was also excellent. Overall we can highly recommend this hotel

My wife and I have a fabulous time. The hotel is located in a charming location, Roger is a wonderful host, friendly and helpful. The dinner was sensational and we had a fabulous evening chatting with Roger and another guest. we thoroughly recommend the Gersbacher Hof. You won't be disappointed

A wonderful authentic genusshotel in a beautiful spot in the schwarzwald. The hospitality was impeccable and the food amazing! Our room was spacious and perfect for an overnight stay en route to italy.
