Beautiful property in a wonderful town with stunning views.

Great proximity to the centre of Todi. Not too steep of a climb to get to the cafe and restaurants. Sandro was extremely helpful. Accommodation was very clean and tidy.

We did not have breakfast, but there were tea making facilities in our room, water was provided but no coffee. The location is very good, very close to the centre and facilities and to the main roads, Sandro was very helpful and also sorted our parking permit. The views were amazing from the glass window/patio door. The rooms have been tastefully finished in a style that reflects the building.

Breakfast was not part of the deal. The room was amazing with an incredible view out over he valley. The owner Alessandro was so so helpful. He met us at the taxi and wheeled our luggage for us. The same on day of departure. He also helped us find alternative transport to Florence on the day of the all out train strike in Italy . We were in the area for a wedding and he allowed us to use the ironing facilities in his private kitchen.

“A wonderful apartment with a view to die for”

This has to be one of the best short stays we’ve had. It’s absolutely stunning and possibly in the best location in town. This doesn’t happen often, but it looks exactly like the photos - if not better. It really does feel like being in the theatre. The room and bathroom were both large and looked as though they’d been done up just yesterday. There’s a decent coffee machine in the room, clean linen, and, if you’re lucky, you might see a couple of lovely cats roaming around. The centre of town is about a 2-minute walk away. What made it extra special, though, was the view. We opened the door to the balcony and were greeted by the sun rising right in front of us, filling the room with morning light. It was the classic Italian view of early sun, churches, and farmhouses shrouded in the morning mist. Unforgettable. Sandro, your host, offers great communication and is very helpful and happy to make recommendations around town.

Our host, Alessandro, was fantastic and very helpful - providing useful information and necessary permits for parking. The accommodation is very comfortable and in a great location.

Alessandro was so friendly, helpful and generous. The room is really very beautiful with an amazing view. We were warm and comfortable. The location is fantastic. Right near the central square (100m) but quiet. There are lovely restuarants nearby and its a lovely town. It was such a treat to stay there. Thank you Alessandro!

So comfortable! Lovely decorated room and bathroom, like from a magazine. Super comfy bed and shower. Unbelievable view. Perfect location, just several steps from town square. Awesome to see such an old building from the inside like this, after wandering through the tiny little streets wondering what's behind the doors! Owner was very kind and helped us park for free within the ztl zone with their permit. He recommended a lovely restaurant for dinner and it was spot on!

The location was perfect, in the middle of town & down a quiet street. The view from our room was beautiful and the room itself was cosy and very clean. Parking is a short 2 minute walk, which we were kindly provide a permit for to park in. Would definitely stay here again.

It is such a pretty room with beautiful traditional, tastefully hand painted decorations. Every piece of furniture had been chosen well. The views from the room are stunning. We used to have a house in TODI so we know and love it well.

The best host! We had an incident with a rental car and ended up on a bus that left us a 1 hour walk from the hotel but the host drove down to pick us up late at night! He was so kind and accommodating!
