We really did enjoy our stay at Vrakas House - the silence, the swimming pool, the style of the House and last but not least, George (the Owner) was really helpful, kind and always with a good advice. 🙂 We do hope to come back there!

Set in the heart of a traditional Cypriot village, this beautiful little gem provided the much-needed rest we were looking for. George is a fantastic host attentive, thoughtful, and always checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. We stayed in the deluxe studio apartment, which was immaculate and fully equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. The village has two tavernas, both of which we enjoyed, but we also appreciated the option to cook in the apartment. We absolutely loved this place and will definitely be back.

We stayed 9 nights in George’s accommodation. George is a great host, and you can really feel his pride in Tochni and Cyprus itself. He had lots of good recommendations for us, including where the nicest beaches are located, shared his favorite tavernas with us, and told us many interesting stories. Nearly every day, he surprised us with fresh fruits from his garden, like figs, olives, pomegranates, and more. We highly recommend staying at one of George’s apartments. It’s his personality and the spirit of this little village that made our holiday truly amazing. Thank you, George! See you in the near future!

This is paradise, remote and peaceful. George was the perfect host so helpful, always on hand for any questions and brought across some traditional Cypriot pastry treats. This is the perfect location if you want to get away from it all however would suggest you hire a car if you want to be a little more adventurous. Will be back

Vrakas house is a dream holiday escape. Perfect place to recharge your batteries. The accommodation had everything you need & more. George the owner is an amazing host & made us feel extremely welcome.

Great location for our needs. Easy access to pretty much everywhere we needed to go. Clean and tidy on arrival. Owner was the perfect host and very accommodating. Fabulous restaurant just around the corner and recommended to anyone wanting traditional Cypriot cuisine. The perfect stay for those that rent a car and not wanting the typical Cypriot beach holiday and prefer a ‘quieter’ visit!

What a find! George’s place is fantastic and he’s a fab host. And the village is great too- two tavernas, a shop, and a bike hire place all less than 5mins walk. Also beautiful hiking in the area. Perfect for those without a car and looking for a relaxing holiday. The pool is amazing.

We stayed at Vrakas House for a week and were very satisfied with everything. The house is so nicely renovated and well kept and clean. George is present every day and takes care of the guests. He also always asks if everything is ok and brings fresh towels if needed. He makes many suggestions for excursions and you can ask him anything. The pool was a refreshing cool down in the hot temperatures. The village is very quiet and there are two good restaurants within walking distance and a small supermarket. For me as a cat fan it was a paradise with the many lovely cats in the village. We were able to relax so well and would book Vrakas House again in a heartbeat. Thank you George for everything. Very nice and traditional stone house in the heart of a cozy village. Especially the courtyard with the swimming pool is amazing. The host was also very friendly and helpful.

For fans of traditional Greek style - that's the place. Its really like living in middle ages house (but with comfort of our time :)). Very quiet place in the middle of quiet and peaceful village.

George was super friendly and helpful. Very gracious host to chat with and fed us beer and halloumi and pastries. Lots of cute local cats that came and hung out. Pool was an amazing thing to have.

Tokni is a beautiful very quiet tipical village, in a central position useful to reach every part of the island by car. 10 minutes from the sea. The host is very very nice and careful. The house is perfect for a couple looking for a romantic intimate place. Really recommended.

Everything, Exceptionally clean and welcoming. The pool was amazing. The village was old and quirky and everyone very friendly. The host George was warm, friendly and informative, greeted us with beer! Nothing was too much trouble for him and he checked on a regular basis that we were happy. Would recommend the property and George without hesitation.
