Boasting 2 restaurants, a café and a bar, all with magnificent ocean views, Toba International Hotel is conveniently located just a 4-minute shuttle ride away from Toba Train Station. “Great location, nice rooms, excellent dinner course”
The hotel is beautifully located right next to the sea on a little cliff. Our room came wtih a beautiful view and was pretty big for japanese standards. The breakfast buffet came with a big choice and the dinner at the hotel was suberb.

“Great place for a few days on the sea side”
The location of the hotel is really nice, on the sea front at the end of a little peninsula which makes it calm and offering greats views. The hotel lives up to its longstanding reputation. Special mention : you can enjoy the outdoor onsen of the neighboring hotel, which was a pleasant surprise for me

“fantastic stay”
The staff were very kind, and the room was super clean. The location was excellent, and the shuttle bus service from Toba Station was very convenient. The selection of food and drinks in the lounge was outstanding. At this hotel, guests could enjoy a more comfortable breakfast in the lounge by bringing food from the main dining hall — It was very convenient. I chose the Japanese-style half board, and the meals were absolutely delicious. The view from the room was fantastic, and the views from the lobby and lounge were also impressive.

“A bit dated, but otherwise OK.”
The hotel was a bit dated, but the room was spacious and with a great view. Staff were friendly and helpful. The big disappointment was that the bar was permanently closed!!

“Beautiful view from the hotel lobby!”
Not everyone but one of the driver for Shuttle bus ( train station to the hotel ) was rude. We got on the bus on 27th of March 2015. The other staffs were very nice and professional.

“Wow! A highlight of our trip”
This hotel is amazing. The rooms are huge and so comfortable, the staff exceptional and the breakfast buffet had a huge selection of Western and Japanese options. The view from the outdoor lounge is incredible. We got up to watch the sunrise from the outdoor area and the staff provided the guests (there were about 10-12 of us) with coffee while we enjoyed the changing colours. There is a lot of history here as the Emperor stays here and Queen Elizabeth did as well. It’s lovely to see they celebrate this with their displays.

Nice hotel with many nice spots to take photos and with good view of the ocean. We happened to be there where there are fireworks. Hotel has its own shop, good for some last minute buying. Staff were professional and friendly. They even provide senbei in the room, my daughters love it! Location near to pearl island, toba aquarium.

“Amazing hotel with spacious rooms and gorgeous views of the ocean and mountains.”
The views from the hotel are gorgeous, especially the outdoor patio/lounge area. Tatami room was very spacious and perfect for our family with young children. Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Shuttle bus service to and from Toba station was very helpful.
