Overview
Set in a traditional stone house near Tivat, Apartments Villa Mare is located just 80 metres from the beach and a seaside promenade. The property features an outdoor pool, a small gym with table tennis facilities and an à-la-carte restaurant serving Mediterranean specialties. All rooms have air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi access, flat-screen TVs and balconies with views of the sea. Kitchenettes are fully equipped, while the private bathrooms offer hydromassage showers, hairdryer and free toiletries. Grocery stores, café bars and clubs can be found within 100 metres. Tivat’s centre is 10 km away, while the popular Plavi Horizonti beach can be found in 2.5 km. Other well-known beaches include Mirišta, Rose and Žanjic, all reachable within 12 km. Boat trips around Kotor Bay can be organised in the vicinity, while the the UNESCO-listed town of Kotor is 10 km away. Buses to the centre of Tivat stop right in front of the property. While Main Bus Station can be reached in 10 km. Port Montenegro in Tivat is also 10 km away, while Tivat Airport can be reached in 8 km.

“More than I expected ☀️”
I had an excellent stay at the villa (which was much better than I expected) where I felt very welcome thanks to Nikola's hospitality. Nela's kindness made me feel right at home! She's a wonderful, smiling person who takes care to make our stay unforgettable. I was also able to discover various places (Budva, Kotor, Lovcen, Krasici, Tivat, ...) in which I lived memorable memories and it would not have been possible without Ivan who knows the country like the back of his hand and knows how to sell its virtues 😉 In short, a trip I'll never forget 🙂

Amazing view on the bay, with a nice small pool. The studio was well equipped and clean. There is a very nice restaurant next to the sea at 5mins walk.

“The best first day in a new country”
This is a family run business, I was met by Nicola who is the most kindest and welcoming host along with his beautiful daughter who catered to my comfort and made me feel like a part of the family with yummy welcoming coffee and a plate of local produce :) Their apartments are comfortable and well provided. I highly recommend this place as the views along with great hospitality its all you need and you will get it at Villa Mare. Thank you Nicola & Nela
