“Good apartment with nice balcony and sea view”
The owner was really helpful and nice. The apartment was big, clean and spacious. We enjoyed the beach and sunloungers during the day and walked into Tivat centre each night, which is beautifully lit up with lots of cafes and restaurants.

The owner was friendly and answered all questions and requests. The location is excellent: close to the city centre, the bus station and has its own beach. The apartment was a little untidy, the drain in the bathroom was a little slow, but everything else was perfect.

“Great stay in great location”
Spacious apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Good view from balcony. Used sunbeds and umbrellas in beach across the road as was very hot. Nice stroll into port. Bus station nearby.

Lovely apartment! Check in was very easy and the place was very clean. The view from the balcony is amazing - perfect spot for breakfast or evening drinks! Great location - the main stretch of sea front is about a 15/ 20 minute walk. Tivat has loads of great bars and restaurants and there is a really nice vibe about the place. It is also a great location for exploring as there are a lot of lovely towns and beaches within a short drive.

“Great place to stay in Tivat”
The view from our balcony was amazing, we booked apartment no.8. We were allowed into our apartment early which was a real bonus. The accommodation is in a really quiet area but in easy walking distance to the port and all the shops. Cooking facilities really good if want to eat in. Lovely to have access to free sun beds and there was hardly any sea grass in the private swimming area that I had read about previously.

Very nice waterfront property in Tivat, Albania. Very good location, 10-20 minute walk to the city center, dedicated parking, nice host, close drive to Kotor and the serpant, beautiful nearby nature walks.

“Spacious apartment with its own private beach”
Everything was absolutely amazing! The apartment was spacious and perfectly clean, overlooking the sea and the mountains. Perfect for your morning coffee! The private beach had everything you need, it was quiet and relaxing. There’s lots of bakeries, shops and restaurants around the apartment, and the city center is 7 min away. We would definitely come back again!

“Excellent stay and definitely would come here for another time”
The best location in Tivat - very close to the airport (you can easily walk from airport) and at the same time very close to city centre - also in a short walk distance. The best part - the exit to the almost private beach. For other apartments, hotels there is traffic under the windows and the beach is across the road, for this apartment the beach is under the windows. Room has all you need - oven, fridge, tee and coffee, sugar. Stay was excellent and I would stay exactly the same place if came one more time.
