“I had an amazing stay, very relaxing and worth my money.”

Staff were very friendly and helpful, spa and gym were also very good. Breakfast as good but could use more options but the restaurant/hotel wasn't fully operational as I went in off-peak season. The view from my room was very beautiful. Love that the hotel has two outdoor and two indoor pools in the spa area so I'm sure peak season won't be too crowded at the pool.

“A place that ruined our trip.”

If you want to ruin your vacation, this is the perfect place. The light switches make a high-pitched buzzing sound as if there’s an electrical short circuit. The toilet seat was broken, the bathroom is so tiny that you can barely turn around, and the shower cabin is full of dampness and mold. The entire room was filthy, with food stains left behind by previous guests. The TV is mounted in such an awkward position that it’s practically impossible to watch. Soundproofing is completely nonexistent. You will hear every footstep in the hallway, the elevator operating all day and night, and even your neighbors snoring. The hotel is located in an area with virtually no infrastructure nearby. It only offers a very basic breakfast, and if you want lunch or dinner, you’ll have to find it yourself. There are no cafés or restaurants within walking distance. We made the unfortunate mistake of booking four nights. After checking in, we immediately reported all of these issues to the reception on the very first evening. The next morning, the manager, a woman named Maria, came to speak with us. Maria assured us that Booking would refund the unused nights. However, when we contacted Booking, they repeatedly informed us that the hotel was completely ignoring their requests and that no refund could be processed without the hotel’s response. We then contacted Maria directly, and after nearly a month of excuses and false promises, she claimed that the hotel had approved the refund. That, too, turned out to be a lie. The photos on Booking only show carefully selected angles that hide the reality. In person, the property looks completely different. This place is not worth a single euro. The level of dishonesty, poor management, and complete disregard for guests is beyond unacceptable. Stay away from this hotel!

A new hotel with two outdoor pools and two indoor pools. We visited during the off-season, so it was quiet and peaceful. Very responsive and helpful staff who are always ready to take care of guests’ well-being.

Everything!! The staff was so friendly, they gave us a lot of info and tips and tricks where to go, what to see. The facilities were so good and clean, breakfast was good

The hotel is located a bit outside of Kotor and Tivat (somewhere in the middle, reachable via a very wide and curvy road). It has great facilities, like two swimming pools. There was a great and tasty breakfast. Hotel staff was OK.

Maria, the manager of the property, is incredibly helpful, caring, and service-oriented. She assisted us with every question and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Her support and kindness made our stay even more enjoyable.

Nice breakfast, the guy at the reception was super professional and kind, the only thing I would recommend to change is the indoor pool, the water was cold and there is no heathing in water, if you are going swimming in the night, you could be cold. We got parking space aswell. Overall, nice stay.

“Good location and view, services could be improved.”

Very good location if you travel by car. Hotel is just between Tivat and Kotor, so both can be reached within 20min easily by car. The view is super, you can see Tivat bay and sunset from the balcony. 2 outdoor pools are nice. in May it was still rather quiet at the hotel, plenty of room around the pool. The room was good size. Service staff was friendly.
