The property is exactly as the photos, everything you need is there, modern apartment. The garden and terrace has stunning views which is well equipped, we really enjoyed the stay, we will return.

Loved the beachfront location and our lovely terrace where we could enjoy the sunset! Alexandra was a wonderful host and made us feel welcome. The apartment had everything you need to enjoy your holiday. The paddle boards and laundry were a great bonus! Would definitely recommend the beach front apartments.

“The perfect place and location”

We had a truly wonderful stay at Alexandra’s apartment! Alexandra is such a positive and helpful host, always ready to assist with anything. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the location couldn’t be better. The apartment was perfectly equipped — from salt and sugar, all the necessary kitchenware, to laundry supplies. We arrived and found absolutely everything we could possibly need. On top of that, there was a lovely welcome gift of wine and sweets, which made us feel so special. Besides the free sunbeds, Alexandra also offers three SUP boards and bicycles, which we were able to use at no extra cost — such a fantastic bonus! Thank you, Alexandra, for the amazing holiday we spent at your place. We hope to come back again!

Just perfect! One of the best places we’ve ever been to. The location is great - near the city center (a ten-minute walk), restaurants and supermarkets. There’s everything you might need in the apartment - TV with Netflix, hairdryer, washing machine, iron, ironing board, coffee machine, all kitchen appliances. Everything is new and clean. Also - paddle boards and bicycles are provided. We loved our hostess Aleksandra and her two beautiful dogs - Snoopy and Yogi. If you’re thinking about visiting Tivat, don’t look any further, this is the best choice. Enjoy the sea view and feel like at home.

“A great host, a nice location and very well-equipped appartment.”

The appartment was right next to the beach and was well-equipped. There is air-conditioning, a washing machine, a coffee machine … everything you need for a comfortable stay. The property even has SUP boards and bikes that we used several times. The host was very caring and nice and made us feel very welcome. We rented a boat for the caves and to swim out on the sea, from a next-door guy and loved it!

“Private beach and quiet neighborhood”

Great location. Private beach, never crowded. Quiet neighborhood. Centrum just minutes away, just 10 minutes from bus station and 25 minutes from airport, by foot. Probaly the best place I have ever stayed - pictures are exactly as in reality. Free sup board usage was a bonus.

The most beautiful resort in Montenegro - Tivat. The location of the apartment is the best. The center is very close, and at the same time it is quiet and peaceful to sit on the balcony on the sea shore. The apartments are very new, clean and comfortable. Lots of space, great view from the balcony. There is a parking space. The hostess is very nice and helpful. We got a lot of information about restaurants, shops, etc. I couldn't be happier that I chose these apartments. I would like to come back again and again.

“A jewel along the Adriatic coastline.”

This place exceeded our expectations. The location was stunning. The apartment had everything one could ask for. Very, very spacious and in immaculate condition with the most comfortable bed and sofa and Netflix as a bonus..really really exceptional. It is exactly as in the photos. And what can I say about our super host Alex and her 2 beautiful dogs snoopy and yogi. We were welcomed like family. The paddle boards were such a joy to have, and the calm waters are just perfect for paddle boarding to watch the beautiful sunsets. Alex did everything she could to make our stay comfortable. We hired a boat for half a day from her friend who took us to the blue caves and all the little islands around. I forget his name, but he, too, just like Alex, made sure we had a wonderful time by bringing beers and cut fruit to eat after our swim in the sea. We will definitely be coming back. This apartment is a jewel in that region, and we would highly recommend it to anyone.

“Fabulous short break.”

The apartment was lovely, clean, spacious and very well equipped. The outside space was beautiful with a view to die for. The location is great, very peaceful but just a twenty minute walk to the centre. We even attempted a cycle ride along the promenade, on the free bikes provided, which was great fun. The icing on the cake was Alexandra and Bert who were so welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

“Relaxing and quiet comfort.”

The host was amazing! She arranged the transportation and gave the truthful recommendations! She is there to answer any questions that might arise. The view is great, you are directly in front of the sea, enjoying the beauty of it. Also, it was so calm throughout the entire stay! A peaceful retreat next to the sea! If you want to also rest your head, mind and ears - this apartment is for you.

Maybe the best apartment of all I have been to. Very clean, very cozy, right in front of the sea and very near to the local shops and restaurants. I also tried SAP swimming for the first time. If I ever go to Tivat again I will book the same apartment. Thank you!

House is at great location. Apartments are clean and spacious. They have been designed and furnished with lot of attention to detail. Beds are comfortable. It is very clean and quiet. Aleksandra gave us SUP board for free use. Netflix is included. Wine, water and juice were waiting for us in the fridge on arrival :)

The room was very clean and had all the things necessary for a great stay. The view is amazing, the sea and the environment is perfect. The little kitchen and the refrigetator helped a lot while staying with a kid. The host was sooooo nice. She was very helpful and such a beatiful soul.
