We really enjoyed our stay at Apartments Zukovac. The location is amazing, with a stunning view of the bay and direct access to the water. There is a lovely private relaxation area with sun loungers right by the sea, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the best parts was that guests can use SUP boards for free and explore the bay from the water. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and we felt at home from the first day. As a nice welcome gift, the hostess also surprised us with a bottle of wine, which was a very thoughtful touch. The breakfasts were also good — homemade, fresh, and different every day. Everything felt very thoughtful and made with care. A wonderful place for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. We would definitely love to come back again.

“Best host, nice location, top price/value ratio”

The apartment is awesome, its own beach terrace with sunbeds, SUP and kanooe is really top. The breakfast is super, the selection can compete with a hotel. The house made pastries are so good we even asked for recipes. Mirela is the kindest host I've ever met. Cares a lot about the guests. The location is also good - it is not in the crowded places like TIvat, or Kotor, but both are close and easy to reach, as well as supermarkets, and even farther places like Sveti Stefan.

Overall a fantastic accomodation. Amazing location, next to the sea. You can use a kayak and an SUP board free of charge with paddles. Breakfast is very good, there are different pastries every day. Mirella is a really helpful, amazing host The apartment itself is in a pretty peaceful and quiet town, but you can go to any major city in just a few minutes with car

“Everything was perfect!!”

The owner of the place (I don’t know her name) was very helpful, smart, caring and kind. She made our holiday much more better. I want to thank her a lot. The view is just amazing. Right in front of the sea, beautiful scene, calm, peaceful. Breakfast was good enough. There were at least 20 types of food at breakfast. Plus tea, coffee and juices.

Beautiful guest house with wonderful host Mirela and her support Slavica. Breakfast was lovely next to the sea with homemade food. fantastic view from the apartment, direct access to sea like little private beach, super calm with a view on the Tivat bay and 2 islands. Super connection with the airport in Tivat and Kotor town. Hvala Mirela i vidimo se opet, bilo nam je divno !

“The Best of the Best”

Everything is just perfekt. Absolutly nothing to improve. Perfectly clean, very nice designed rooms, unforgetable view from the very cute desighned balcony, very tasty breakfast, very friendly stuff, the owner is controlling every time that all guests are feeling comfortable, asking regular but not ennoing if you need something, you know she (the owner) is always there if you need her, but she doesnt show up not to desturb. And!! Just few meters to the sea, every guest has own beach chair, the territory is very very well done, the best hotel in the neighborhood and I' ve ever been! We'll come again definetely exactly to this place. Thank you!

Mirela was a perfect host. Always caring, helpful and eager to make our stay perfect. The apartment was clean, spacy and equipped in a modern way. The breakfasts copious and tasty, especially Slavica's delicious pastries. The view was beatiful and we could virtually climb down from the room to bathe on the sea. We had a great time and hope to come back.

Location is excellent, the best in Kotor area. Terrace is great with good furniture and super sea access. Never crowded. Breakfast is also good and comfortable, staff is nice. The ground floor apartment is really good with kids, no need of climbing stairs from the beach during the day.
