Dean picked me up at the aorport which was very welcome as the taxi mafia at Tivat airport are to be avoided. Dean and Dragana arr very friendly. Great location, very quiet and walking distance to town and the sea front. Bus stop nearby for Kotor.y

The apartment was very well equipped, even having a dishwasher and the use of a washing machine. The apartment was spotless and had a decent sized balcony. The apartment very well located, a mere 5 minutes to the beach. However, what really made our holiday was the friendliness of Dean and his family. Dean was kind enough to pick up and drop off at the airport. He provided us with a large bottle of wine and a lot of food including home cured meat, pickled cheese and mussels which he had picked fresh from the sea that morning. Dean's father was exceptionally friendly having shared many glasses of his home made spirits with him. We have had many trips in the UK and abroad, but we've never met such a friendly family going out of their way to ensure we had a good time.

The location is very strategic and close to major fscilities you need

The owner was very accommodating, and picked us up at the coach station and dropped us off at the airport when we left, which was very helpful. He also offered us advice on places to go and things to do.

Dean met us at the airport and gave us a tour of the area, pointing out areas of interest, restaurants and the beaches. During our stay, the hosts were very approachable and helpful. The apartment was a good size for 5 guests, very clean, quiet and overall excellent value for money. Highly recommend.

“Nice place to stay with amazing hosts”

Staying at Simovic apartments felt almost like visiting my Slavic grandma in her village, and I truly enjoyed it! The area wasn't loud, the nature is beautiful, and you have anything you need nearby. We had two rooms, and they were true to the pictures. From our terrace, I really enjoyed the mountain view. The beach is an 8-minute walk from the apartment. The best thing about this place is the hosts! Dragana and Dean organised a free airport transfer for us, were always there to help with any questions we had, and surrounded us with love and care. We already miss them and want to revisit them :)

I have traveled a lot using booking.com website for places to stay. This accommodation is in my top five. This apartment is a very good value for the money spent.

Good price quality. The host was very welcoming. Collected me from the airport and dropped me off at the ferry, totally unexpected and lovely. Had a good chat and he gave me some of his wine too, was quite nice :). Facilities: bed was comfortable for me and had the essentials for making my breakfast. Easy walk down to the water front in the morning. For what I paid, this was great.

The hosts and their family were lovely. We were greeted at the bus station and had a free transfer to the property where we were handed our keys. You may want to try the local brandy but I'll warn you, it is strong! We were where the real locals live, about 2 Kms from the waterfront. I had no expectations about Tivat waterfront, which turned out to be flashy and full of super yachts and unaffordable shops. Dragana showed us a local, economical restaurant around the corner which does great meals (eat-in or take away) and his local coffee shop. Because we stayed a week, we took a couple of day trips to Kotor, easy to get to by local bus. One to visit the Old Town and one to go on a speed boat tour of the Submarine tunnels, Blue cave and Our Lady of the Rocks. There were not many trips going from Tivat itself.

The place is excellent. Very close to the sea and beach. Both hosts were great and very helpful. They were so kind that met us at the airport and also drive us back. Very good place to stay.

We had a lovely stay here! The apartment was clean and spacious. Dean was an excellent host! A huge bonus to be collected from the airport and given a ride to the bus station on our departure, we really appreciated it!

The host is very nice! Dean came to collect us from the airport and also sent us to. He also showed us the local restaurant,shop and bus stop on the first day of arriving. Very helpful! The location is very easy to go to the beach. And shops nearby.

“Highly Recommended For Both Privacy and Convenience”

My apartment was great, and had everything for a very comfortable stay (including TV, free wi-fi and air con, a handy microwave and a large fridge freezer). Dean was an excellent host, very welcoming and friendly, and he both picked me up from the airport and dropped me off when returning. The location was excellent; approximately a five minute walk to Porto Montenegro and the city centre of Tivat. The bus stop to and from Kotor is also close by (on the main road, about a 7 minute walk), and a decent supermarket is about 3 minutes away (also on the main road). There is also a second supermarket along the main room (10 minutes by foot). I would definitely stay here again if and when I return to Montenegro, and would recommend it to anyone who wants privacy and convenience.
