We have decided to stay at the Scepanovic Apartment, charmed by photos of nice rooms and a gorgeous terrace - and we were not disappointed. It's a very nice place both for relaxing in the apartment and as a starting point for hiking or visiting nearby attractions. The supermarket is quite close; a few steps down the road is a bakery with nice coffee, and a few more steps is the nearest beach. Both hosts are charming and helpful, and we felt like we were visiting our extended family. They also advised us about nice restaurants and beaches we should check in Tivat. It was our first trip to Montenegro, and a place like this allowed us to explore it. In the mountains nearby, I proposed to my girlfriend (now fiancée :) ) Highly recommend.

Our magical holiday in Tivat was so joyful and pleasant thanks to the Shepanovic family. The apartments are thought out to the smallest detail to make your stay comfortable and safe, cozy and spacious rooms, elegant interior, comfortable beds and a green, lovingly grown garden, a beautiful terrace. Also a spacious and equipped kitchen, very convenient for guests. The apartments are located in a quiet area, 10 minutes from the Belani beach, next to a wonderful bakery, supermarkets and close to the Tivat promenade. Sincere gratitude for the hospitality and kindness, we will definitely come back ❤️

We stayed at Stepanovich Apartments in Montenegro and were very pleased with everything. Both the host Stepan and his wife were extremely kind and welcoming. Stepan even picked us up from the airport and kindly allowed us to check in earlier than the usual time. The apartment was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything one might need: a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and more. Everything felt modern and thoughtfully arranged. It truly felt like a home away from home. The garden around the apartments is simply beautiful — there's an arch covered in blooming jasmine, a charming fountain, and cozy corners where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. You can also order delicious and inexpensive pizza from the friendly neighbors. There’s also a cozy family bar right on the property, run by Stepan himself, where you can have a drink and enjoy the warm atmosphere. The whole experience was heartwarming, comfortable, and relaxing. We would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

The location was amazing, easy access for the Beach and town centre, the was great coffee shop just 2 mins walk where we had our breakfast everyday , the owner was there waiting with keys a massive thank to the husband that took us to kotor Bay .

We liked the apartment very much. It was clean, nicely decorated, and well equipped (ex. waterboiler, sandwich press, two TV:s etc.) nice patio for chilling. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. They also helped us with car rental (very good and fast service from both parties) and airport transfer. We have only good things to say about this accommodation and give them our recommendation!

The apartment was immaculate in every way and very homely. The host was very welcoming and helpful. The walk to the centre/beach is just 10 minutes and there is only a slight hill. There is a supermarket 5 minute walk away.

Perfect location, a beautiful and very clean accommodation, perfectly working AC especially in the summer heat, the accommodation is surrounded by a pretty garden with a shaded terrace. Great privacy and area in general. Most important: incredibly kind and helpful hosts who were always there for us, supported and helped us with any request we had. Also, thanks to them, we got a very good car for travel and it was such a relief not having to look for a reliable car rental company. It feels just wonderful to come to a new country and feel safe in every aspect, we got in the best hands and are so grateful for this! :) Bonus: the accommodation offers huge coffee/tea cups and we are tea drinkers big time!!! 😅 We truly had and enjoyed everything on our journey in Montenegro. THANK YOU!!!

Cleanest apartment I´ve been to. The rooms are furnished with a lot of attention to details, which was quite rare on our trip. Super close to the public park and beach. Very kind & helpful hosts :)

“Perfect place for a vacation!”

Scepanovic family is super friendly and helpful. The apartment was squeaky clean, the neighborhood is just perfect, and you have two balconies with view of both the sea and the mountains. I enjoyed my stay very much. The apartment is spacious and well designed. There is everything you might need and ACs in every room, even the bathroom. It takes 10 mins to the nearest beach and 15 mins to the city center with many other beaches and restaurants, shops etc. It is also just a few minutes from the city bus station, and 5 mins drive from the airport. It is just a perfect location for every purpose really!

Amazing experience. Extremely helping, hospitable host. The villa apartment was immaculate, the house had everything which is required for travelers, even potty. We loved sitting outside in the balcony.The house is very well maintained- everything is made with love and care. Scepa -the landlord was constantly checking upon us during stay in Montenegro even when me moved out of the apartment. He gave us helpful advises, picked up from airport for free and was always available for any kind of questions.
