“Amazing views and terrace looking over the water! Comfortable, spacious and equipped apartment.”

Beautiful views and access to the water! Perfect for a morning or afternoon swim. Only a 10 minute drive from the airport or supermarket. Comfortable and well equipped apartment. Bottle of juice and water in fridge on arrival which was a lovely touch also on our first morning the hosts brought us a traditional Montenegrin breakfast! 🥰 lots of lovely little restaurants nearby to eat and I’d reccomend taking a boat taxi from the apartment to Tivat, great experience!!

Great view of the bay from the balcony. Deck chairs on the pier. Clean water. Quiet neighborhood (it was off-season). Comfortable apartment for four people. It was nice that water and wine were waiting for us.

There’s a private pier with sun loungers, which was especially convenient for us since we stayed for more than a week. The apartment has a kitchen, which was important for our stay. The kitchen could be a bit more comfortable for cooking, though. The hosts are amazing — they picked us up from the airport and drove us back. Kotor and Tivat are nearby, and there’s an option to rent a car. We really enjoyed everything!

The views are amazing, perfect location, friendly and very helpful owner. He met us at the airport, arranged transfer to the villa, provided guidance and recommendations. We spent an amazing few days getaway in a paradise. Place is better even than in the pictures.

Beautiful location , stunning views, very peaceful and relaxing. Apartment was big and airy, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and had everything you needed for a lovely few days holiday, or longer if you wanted to cook- as kitchen has all the cooking facilities you could need . Very friendly and welcoming owners, a lovely bottle of wine and water left on arrival, offered us use of their paddle board and even took my husband and daughter for a boat trip. A little shop and restaurants a few yards from apartment, a supermarket a 5 min drive away, with Tivat and Kotor being very close to visit.

A little slice of Montenegrin paradise with a big heart! We had a wonderful stay in this apartment — the location is perfect, just steps away from the sea, and the apartment itself is clean, cozy, and very comfortable. But what truly made the stay unforgettable were the amazing hosts! From the moment we arrived, we felt like part of the family. You can tell they’re a close-knit and warm-hearted bunch — the kind of people who do kind things just because that’s who they are. It honestly felt like staying at a friend’s house (if your friend is super welcoming and has great taste in pizza 🍕). Speaking of pizza — the owners also run a nearby restaurant, where we had the best pizzas in Montenegro: the legendary Renesansa and Star. Absolutely delicious! Thank you again for the lovely meal — and the lovely vibe. Oh, and how could we forget Hugo, the dog! A true comedian on four legs, Hugo is obsessed with tennis balls and will make you laugh every time he zooms across the garden like he’s training for the World Cup of fetch. 🐶💨 Another huge plus: we were able to bring our own dogs, and it was no problem at all. Everyone — two-legged and four-legged — felt right at home. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a place with soul, sea, and a splash of Hugo energy. 🌊💙🐾

“Basic apartment on the waterfront with friendly host and some nice amenities”

The apartment is right on the water. Vladimir borrowed us some SUPs and we were able to park on the premise. The apartment is great to just chill at the water front. You are sharing the water front with the extended family of the owner. I enjoyed watching them enjoy the water and spend time with each other (but I can imagine that other people might not appreciate this shared place)

This was our second stay here, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. If you’re looking for the best view in Montenegro, this is the place! Waking up each morning to such a stunning panorama is absolutely breathtaking. The host, Vladimir, is incredibly welcoming and attentive—truly the best host ever. I highly recommend renting a car, picking up some delicious food from the two large supermarkets just a 10-minute drive away, and enjoying a perfect breakfast or dinner on the balcony.

Close to the airport, Tivat and Boca-Kotor bay. Great space for the family accomodation, all the necessary facilities, the hospitality from Vladimir (the host). But the main thing, of course, is the terrace. TERRACE! See the attached photos. The terrace itself is worth to book these apartments.

The pool Vila is located on a different location. We scheduled and we stayed at the three storey house, at tge top apartment. The apartment matches the pictures posted. We liked the comfort as living room space spacious being directly connected to the outside balcony, which according to us is the best feature of the apartment. We loved our mornings there. The house is first line on the sea so you get beautiful views. There is a concrete beach with a platform from where you can get into the sea, and on the side there is a small shallow entry in the water more suitable for children. There are parts of the sea covered in seaweed but others perfectly clear. Owners are completely different story. They are welcoming, kind, hospitable, and it was a true pleasure meating Vlado and especially his mom and their pet Hugo. We loved it!
