“Fab base - would definitely return!”
Lovely quiet location, right on the water. Modern studio with well-equipped kitchen. Heating and aircon provided. Good WiFi. Outside area was kept very clean too, had plenty of sunbeds and there was also a canoe, paddle board and kayak freely available to borrow, and an outdoor barbecue to use. Milos was super responsive and helpful.

“Ideal for those who enjoy relaxing in a quiet and cozy country atmosfere on the seashore.”
A quiet aparthotel with a private beach. The beach is concrete with two slopes and, like the rest of the property, is paved with stone tiles. The host is very pleasant. Kayaks and SUPs are available for free. In the evenings and early mornings, you can fish while no one is swimming. The courtyard is planted with olive trees. Everything is very nice, clean, and cozy. The rooms are small but clean and well-appointed. Linens and towels are changed upon request and without any hassle. It's perfect for two. Wonderful views of the Bay of Kotor and silence. We were delighted.

“Nice apartment - great place for swimmers”
-Nice place for swimmers -Beautiful view to the bay and the island opposite the place -Sups+kayaks for free = great fun -Furniture/ kitchen in good shape -Windows equipped with jalousie SAT TV with more than 200channels (we watched football) -Extra beach towels -Big supermarket 10min away if there is no jam or a smaller but good obe in the next village up the mountain Радовићи -Restaurant Astoria is good (7min drive) Holiday makers should be aware of many stairs. No problem for us but for elderly or handicapped people

The view is superb and you are jumping straight out of your apartment into the sea with lovely comfy sun loungers on the patio and there is ample space for parking

Very clean, very friendly people. Excellent location especially if you like swimming. Feee use of oddly boards and canoes. Car hire is needed if you stay here, great location for Kotor and Tivat but much more peaceful and no traffic.
