Hospitality, apartment and the view from the terrace!

Great location as it was totally quiet at night.A ten minute walk from the bus station makes it ideal for a trip to Kotor.Everything you need to cook,very clean place and hot water.Very comfortable bed and the owners were so hospitable.A lovely,genuine couple,a nice welcome with homemade wine.They have a wonderful plot of land above the town.Take the Blue Line mini bus at 8.50am for the scenic route to Kotor round the bay-its beautiful.I would definitely stay here instead of in the town and its easy to find.

Nice place, we really liked it. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We got a free ride to the airport, beautiful view, fresh fruit from their garden and some home made liquor.

“Amazing”

What a fantastic place. You can walk here from the airport in about 30 minutes. Apartments are 5 minutes walk from a big supermarket and the main bus station. You can walk to the centre of town in under 30 minutes. The apartment was lovely and traditional. It was very clean, with fast WiFi and great air-conditioning. We had full cooking facilities and our patio was huge, with a fantastic view over the bay. There was a washing machine in the apartment. The owners were very nice people. There was a bottle of homemade wine and a bottle of spirits in the room to welcome us. Also some chocolates. Every morning we had breakfast on the patio and the owner brought us a different pair of homemade spirit shots. There was ample parking for our hire car and it was very safe. The property is right at the end of a cul de sac so it was very peaceful with no traffic. The gardens were full of different fruit trees and there was a gorgeous vegetable garden. There is a very nice cat there called Martin. We completely loved our stay and hopefully one day we will get to go back.

The view is amazing and worth it all. All kinds of fruits growing around and nice to see. Hosts are so kind and warm people. Plenty of room on the terrace to walk your kid in a stroller to sleep.

“A WELCOMING HOME WITH A BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF THE BAY”

The hosts were amazingly welcoming and made our stay enjoyable. The view of the bay from the terrace is amazing. The surroundings are very quiet and peaceful. Supermarket and bus station within walking distance.

The lady was very polite and I had no communication issues. The room and bathroom were very clean. All equipment worked fine.

“Tivat house with an amazing view and lovely hosts”

I am trying to find a word for our stay at this house, but I don't think there is not a word that would be an enough compliment. Everything during our stay was superb. Firstly, I want to mention the hosts. It is run by a very sweet and small family. I never quite experienced hospitality in my touristic travels before. However, during this stay, the hosts made me feel like I am at my grandmother's house. They were so welcoming, and smiley. We couldn't communicate in same language but that didn't stop their friendly attitude. They brought us tangerines from their own garden (which were delicious by the way), they gave us wine that they make themselves, and they even gave us a bottle of Rakija for our return. They took us from the airport and then drop us again when it was time for our return. I never felt more comfortable on a touristic travel. So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you! Secondly, I want to mention how beautiful was the house. The view was amazing, we always made time to sit at the balcony and watch the sea, and take up the clean air. The house was also very clean, the hot water was available, and the air-conditioning was enough to warm the apartment during our stay. The location was great as well. It is so close to the bus stop, it took us 10 minute walk to go. If you are not travelling with a car, then this must be very important for you because we used buses to travel everywhere. The walk to the Porto Montenegro was around 15 minutes but again I didn't even notice the time while walking, because the surrounding area is very beautiful and close to the sea. So in a nutshell, if I ever come back again to Tivat, I would stay here again and again. Thank you for your beautiful house and hospitality.

“Very pleasant”

Really since long time I haven't met people with such a big heart as the owners of this acommodation are. They were so kind, gave me their home made wine, figs and grapes from the garden and even picked me up in the airport. Also the view over the sea under the grapes in the garden was beautiful and relaxing.

The hosts were super friendly, greeted us with a bottle of homemade wine upon arrival. Apartment was clean, all appliances work and are also prestigious brands "Beko, Geberit". Location is quiet and peaceful, surrrounded by nature and the view from the balcony was superb, you could see the whole Boka Bay, special view during the day and at night as well. Highly recommended.

“Welcoming, friendly, great value, a little rough-and-ready.”

The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming and I am so glad we got to meet them. They were very generous, letting us sample lots of different Montenegrin specialities, and were more than happy to give us a lift to and from the airport. I found the gardens charming and the view stunning. Also its location is great — walking distance from the airport.
