Location is perfect for views and access to the sea. Two nice restaurants within 5 minute walk and a small convenience store otherwise a short drive. No sign of the staff after check-in all week, but we didn't need anything anyway. TV in room has live UK football so bonus!

We rented the penthouse and four apartments. They are spacious, convenient, clean with nice furniture, well equipped kitchen. The house has its own small beach, so you can easily swim in the sea which is perfect in this bay. I cannot imagine a better accommodation in Kotory Bay.

It's a lovely family owned villa and we did feel like at home. I was travelling with my friend and my two dogs. In addition to that one of us is vegan, so we are not the easiest guest :) But this place delivered. The room was big and cozy with a serene sea view. The staff put water for the dogs in the room and gave them a lot of cuddles, not something you'd typically see in Montenegro, I was pleasantly surprised. As for food, there is a restaurant on the ground floor of the villa, breakfast in 10Eur and the did have vegan and gluten free option (I messaged the hotel before we came) for breakfast, as well as on a lunch menu (we've ordered vegan beet soup which was delicious). There is also an option to rent a paddle board which we did once and went to an island right before the sunset. 10/10 would do it again!

The room is big and comfortable. The place have an amazing private beach and it includs everything you need. The hosts are very kind and helped us in every thing we needed. I am very satisfied with the place and highly recommend it.

Best accommodation ever. We stayed with a group of friends in a beautiful, fully equipped penthouse. Penthouse has several bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, huge living room. The large terrace offers an exclusive view of Boka kotorska. The penthouse is fully air-conditioned. Behind the apartment house there is a private terrace with sunbeds, umbrellas and a private entrance to the sea, there is also an outdoor bar with a really wide selection of drinks and snacks. Inside, there is a games room with board games and table tennis, and the accommodation provides rental of sports equipment, such as a paddleboard. The entire object is maintained and clean. The shop is located just a few steps from the apartment hotel. The owner Anna was helpful in everything we needed, she took care of us like a VIP. We give 5* to the best hotel staff, special thanks to the receptionist Valentina.

Perfect spot! Right on the beach, just 15 minutes away from Tivat Airport. Anna (the hotel hostess) was responsive to every question, and our room was all ready when we arrived earlier than expected. Staff are great 👍🏽, room was clean and tidy, all facilities are in good working order. I'd specially note a sauna, but worse to check working hours and cost 😉 in advance! Breakfast was excellent (much loved pancakes), FEELS LIKE HOME. Thanks to Elena. Valentina, Pavel, Matvej - thanks Guys for taking good care. Andrei is great Owner! Way to Go! We'll definitely be back next year

It was incredible beautiful and calm stay. The apartment was quite big and comfortable with all the staff you need to cook and live for a long time. The view from the sea apartment is awesome, we enjoyed the mountains and the bay every day on the big terrace. The wi-fi functioned quite well and we could work and have calls. Nearby the hotel there is small market and the bus station where you can catch the bus to the city if you get lucky :) Thanks to the most responsive hosts Anna and Andrey.
