The staff from breakfast were really kind!! The breakfast was delicious the bed was comfortable.

“There are better places to stay in Titisee”

Not much. Very taken aback on arrival to find the 'property address' on booking.com is not actually the property at all. But actually some way away and nothing like expected. Mentioned this to the front office who couldn't have cared less about the obvious inaccuracy and I was told 'I don't understand and I am wrong' I do indeed understand that the place you accommodated me in is not at the confirmed location, and this is very poor. Clearly customer service is not a priority here. A suggestion to this property: clarify on your booking and confirmation forms that these apartments are located elsewhere, not at the hotel locale. There would no problem if you did this. A simple fix imo, rather than arguing - it's your responsibility to be accurate.

“Terrific stay at the Titisee”

* Lovely view overlooking Titisee. * Great location, close to the lake, 6km’s to be able to run/walk around at any stage of the day. * Sauna was a welcomed add-on for the upgrade :) * Reserved parking spot in front of the property. * Very friendly reception staff at the hotel, a few hundred meters below, to check-in and check-out. * Nice touch with the pre-Breakfast care package of croissants, fruit and a few spreads from 7am to eat before going down to the hotel for a full breakfast.

“Great scenic location”

It was exactly as we were expecting. Nested in a hill overlooking the beautiful lake. Spacious apartment. It is serviced everyday. Breakfast is till 12 and is superb as well. The main hotel lobby also has sauna and indoor swimming pool for use.

Apartment was beautiful, big , spacious and clean. All necessary things were in place and had nice view of Lake Titisee. The apartment is on hill hence car is helpful, walking and pulling luggage will be a task. Staff were very helpful and always smiling. Breakfast was a very good spread.

Staff was super friendly, they even prepared me muffin and sekt for my birthday breakfast.Apartman was nice overviewing the frozen lake.

We liked everything, the accommodation itself, the friendly staff. The view is fantastic from the terrace. The accommodation has its own underground garage, which is very good in the winter. The breakfast was fantastic. I can't wait for spring and summer to go again.
