Close to bus station and restaurants, the room was big and comfortable, shower was good, the owner was very friendly and helpful and he helped me book my safari trip!

“Hotel in Tissa”

The host is really friendly and recommended some places we could check out in Tissa which we really liked. He gave us packed breakfast for the safari and let us keep our backpacks at the hotel until 13:00 which was really nice. The location is close to the city centre and the shared rooms are great

“The Cool Nest”

Anu was a great host, breakfast was good, and even made me a packed breakfast when I had to catch an early bus. The safari he booked for me was amazing, seeing all Yala has to offer, including 3 Leopards.

Our host Anu and the staff were super friendly and helpful. A hot shower and air conditioning was most appreciated. Staff were kind enough to allow us to leave our bags in the room & then shower and change on our return from a safari.

We just stayed here for one night as we were doing a safari in Yala. The room had 3 bedrooms and was satisfactory for our needs. The staff were nice and helpful and organised my safari trips.

Friendly host and very comfortable. The breakfast was huge and fantastic. Arranged a safari through the hotel and we went on a full day excursion to block v and vi, which wasn’t very busy with other Jeep tours.

Really good located place and the kindest staff! They helped us with everything, and were quick to answer all of our questions. They also gave us useful tips what to do in Tissamaharama :-)

The hotel is nice and for a reasonible price. You can do the yala safari from here, the owner can help you to arrange it. The owner of the hotel was perfect, he was helpful and gave me tips what to do in Tissa.

The manager was very attentive. Nice room and facilities. 5 min away from restaurants, supermarkets.

Nice room, very clean. Organised the best safari where we saw leopards and so much more! He made sure to not organise safari on bad weather days so we wouldn’t be wasting our money. Nicest guy ever who helped us in any way he could, even giving us a lift to a restaurant when it rained and helping us organise our transport to Ella. Couldn’t recommend more :)

We stayed one night at this lovely accommodation. The owner is amazing! He is very attentive and prepared a special dinner for us. The food is very delicious. We were served various curries. Ideal place to stay if visiting National safari park. Good value for money.
