“Great sunset by the sea, but not good for swimming.”

The beach is certainly very quiet but the waves are huge so travelling with children, we could not go in the water. The hotel was empty and we were the only guests there.

The resort is in a great location, a detached house by the sea, in a superb setting and not far from YALA Park. The staff was very helpful in booking SAFARI. It's strange why not too many people check in. Is this also the reason why the facilities are old?

“Disappointing to say the least”

Didn’t get the room I booked. Instead I got the room downstairs. Place was filled with cockroaches. My friend had to move into my room because there was a huge spider in his. At least we were together to get rid of the cockroaches

Staff very kind, Mr. Kavindhu who guided throughout our stay was very nice person, humble, bathroom is not clean at all in two rooms, beach view was tremendous, location is very nice

Clean, spacious room. It is a great location right at the remote end of Kirinda Beach. The room had comfortable beds and a fridge and good AC. The staff was friendly and helpful. They arranged a safari jeep for us to Yala.

The location is good to access Yala national park. The location is next to the beach and very peaceful and quiet. The staff is very accommodating and the food was very good . The place is ideal for a budget stay if the purpose is to visit Yala national park .

The place is definitely the best you can get for a guest house 🏠 The rooms are clean and recently renovated, spacious and have all what you need.

So close to the beach, food was great, staff were amazing and chilled. Wish I could have stayed longer, thank you to the owner.

“Beautiful surroundings, friendly staff BUT...a lot of room for improvement”

The place is located just beside the beatuful kirinda beach, there are almost no tourists around, we really enjoyed the surroundings, the friendly staff and the company of all the animals around. Sheehan was really nice and helped us to arrange transports from ella to kirinda and from there to arugam bay at a fair price with a really nice driver They also helped us to arrange a private safari with a really good guide (saman) for a very competitive price including lunch and breakfast.

It was near the Beach and not far from Yala National Park.

We are very lucky to find this beautiful place. Everything was clean. Very nice beach . Friendly and helpful Staff. They help us to arranged our Safari tour in Yala . Amazing Safari tour. Very good driver and comfortable jeep. We saw lot of animals including leopard . We are really enjoyed here. After our safari tour they arranged for us Taxi very reasonable price.

Exellent and relaxing place to Stay in Yala. The owner was really helpful .located in nearly beach . Delicious food and very clean place. They organized the Safari tours very reasonable prices. Would recommend this place 100%!

A quiet accommodation located near a very beautiful beach. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. The staff is very friendly.

The location is amazing and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff didn’t talk much to us. The owner was shooting rocks and stones at the two dogs who are around. We did not like that.

Great Place to stay with Family, first time with our 8 month old little princess we stayed in hotel and the hotel staff, management, cleanness was excellent. nice beach. good hotel to stay free like home.
