We had a really nice stay at River Edge Hotel Yala. The double room was big, very clean, and the beds were really comfortable. The view from the room was amazing — we could see the river, which made the whole place feel so peaceful and relaxing. The garden is also very natural and beautiful. The hotel is close to the town, so the location was very convenient. The WiFi was good, the food was great, and the staff were always friendly and checked on our comfort during the stay. The owner was especially very helpful and even guided us on the way to the hotel, which we really appreciated. Madushika was also very kind and helpful. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, perfect even for a longer visit. Definitely worth the money and highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was surrounded by a beautiful, green environment and had a very calm and peaceful atmosphere. In the morning, we saw peacocks around the property, which was a wonderful experience. The staff were very helpful and kind, and they arranged an unforgettable Yala safari for us. The meals were delicious, especially the Sri Lankan food we ordered. I especially enjoyed sitting by the river in the evening, having a cup of tea, and relaxing while enjoying the scenic view.

A Perfect Getaway Near Yala! I had an amazing stay at River Edge Yala! The rooms were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The food was absolutely delicious, The environment was calm and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful,They also arranged a budget-friendly safari tour to Yala National Park, which was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yala for its exceptional service and value for money.

“Nice”

We were taking the whole hotel. Was very free. There was a garden big enough for children to play. There was a parking lot with enough space to park several vehicles. Very nice stay

Finding the hotel was easy as it is conveniently located near Debarawewa city. We received a warm welcome upon arrival and were greeted with a refreshing drink of King Coconut, my favorite. The food was delicious, with a standout dish made from cinnamon, which quickly became one of my favorites. Additionally, the hotel organized an enjoyable safari for us. The staff's excellent English-speaking skills made our stay even more comfortable. I highly recommend experiencing it for yourself.

“Peaceful, good host - improvements needed!”

Very peaceful and tranquil place to stay right by the river. The air con was a very reasonable extra charge of only 500lkr per day as I had booked room without. The room was very spacious, bed was comfortable and we really enjoyed the balcony to sit and relax on. The host was very attentive and was able to provide meals, we are thankful that she could accommodate our vegan diet too!

This place is perfect if you want to relax. Our room is right by a river, and being near it helps me feel calm and peaceful. It's like a cozy spot surrounded by nature's beauty. I recommend this place to everyone who wants to experience this tranquility.

So cheap for such a beautiful place with AC ad well. The owner doesn't speak English but he is always smiling and helpful. We loved this place, its a pity we stayed just one night

Moreover, the affordability of the hotel's services made our experience even more satisfying.

Very quiet place by the river. Beautiful terrace. Upon arrival, the owner immediately arranged a safari in Yala Park for us, so a jeep arrived for us within a few hours. The next day, the owner took us to Tangale in his car for a reasonable price.
