it's a simple hotel. The actual status should be older than the photo. But it provided what you need and price is quite reasonable. It's close to bus station. Easy to find supermarket or restaurant. You can book safari tour from the hotel.

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. All the photos you see online must be over 10 years old, as the reality no longer matches them at all. We booked expecting something charming and cosy, but that was not the case. There is still a balcony, but there is now a wall directly in front of it, which means no view, no natural light, and no fresh air in the evening. The fan was broken and poorly fixed using shoelaces and a bottle cap. I had to adjust it four times during the night, as it would start making a loud, hammering noise whenever it slipped slightly. Breakfast was included, but we couldn’t have it on the first day due to an early safari. The next day, it wasn’t available either, so we were given a few bananas and some cakes in a bag the night before, along with a coffee with milk already prepared at 7pm for the next morning. There were no proper bed sheets, only a kind of blanket placed on the mattress, which kept sliding off with every movement. The bedding was also very rough, stiff, and slightly itchy, making it really uncomfortable to sleep. After moving two of the beds together, we found a large amount of dust underneath the one placed near the wall. We understand that the wall itself may not be entirely their fault, but the photos are clearly misleading, and the level of cleanliness and maintenance is far below expectations. If we had known, we would have booked somewhere else.

Super friendly and helpful owner! The room was really good with a nice balcony. I can definitely recommend staying here! The safari the lady organised for us was amazing and everything went smoothly.

The owner's responsiveness is good. They were incredibly friendly and kind. The location was alright, and it didn't take us a long time to find where is was. The rooms were clean, although they did have a bad smell...

Good location not far from the centre or bus station ( although the bus from Ella doesn't stop here it stops 7 km out of town) The host organised our trip to Yala.

🔸the lady host is very friendly and caring as well as her beautiful family 🔸 the host didn't try to sell us any safari or excursions, she just sent us warm and loving messages that she's happy to meet us and care for us, she gave us a feeling of home 💗 🔸 bed linen and towels were very clean and fresh - she said she could bring to our bathrooms toiletries if we needed any 🔸 they gave us a 20% discount for our driver's room - the hotel is located very close to shops and restaurants 🔸 affordable price

“Super family home”
Everything. The location is a few minutes from the bus stop, the family is super cordial and helpful. I stayed one night to visit the national park and the family arranged a visit for a better price compared to others. Another solo traveler joined me and they helped in any way to add another person to the jeep. They also offered a takeaway breakfast to both of us, even if the other solo was not sleeping in their accommodation. Really good experience! Totally reccomend it
