Never seen such a friendly family! Mum cooked us very fine food! We enjoyed also the safari with them! Door to door service! Perfect everything!

Everything was perfect! The hosts were very polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was extremely clean and well maintained. I especially appreciated that there was no mold and no mosquitoes, which made the stay very comfortable. Thank you for the great hospitality!

The host family is very friendly and helps with everything. They organized a private safari to Yala Nationalpark for us, which was an amazing experience! Also they cooked for us very delicious sri lankan curry. The accomadation offers clean an quiet rooms. We really enjoyed our stay at castle resort yala.

Very clean and comfortable room. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. If you chose to have dinner, it is absolutely delicious and home cooked. They also organised a share safari for me in the morning which was excellent.

The hosts both husband and wife go out of the way to make your stay comfortable. The lady host alway keeps on smiling and ready to help and guide. I think Castle Resort may be one of the best resort around for that money value.

Great place, quiet location with a supermarket around the corner. The owners can arrange trips to yala np. The lady owner can also cook you some excellent meals, highly recommended

“Brilliant little place.”

Everything about this place was wonderful. The family that owned it, the room and the location. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. They didn't try and push any trips on me. I actually asked them about a Yala trip as I hadn't looked at any, and they showed me a price list of what was available and sorted it out for me for the following morning. The room was so clean. I really enjoyed my stay here, and if I had to recommend a place, then this would be it. It's a bargain. It is situated right next door to a Cargils express as well as just down the road from a non charging atm.

We had amazing thing in Castle Resort Yala! This small hotel is located close to the one of the main road in Tissamaharama, close to Clocktower (bus stop) and bus stop to the coast. The owners are very, very nice and hospitable! We got juice for the start and fruits fof goodbye- thank you so much! Room was very nice, beds were comfortable and everything was super clean. We had an AC in the room- it was neccessary during hot night. We ordered dinner and got a hutę amount of good food! Moreover, the owner helped my husband in medical issue. We also arranged safari by the hotel and it was amazing experience. We reccomend this place if you are looking place for stay before or after Safari in Yala National Park.

Geetha and her family were the cutest and sweetest people. They took me to lake to see the bats getting awake which was stunning. Geethas homemade Food was absolutely amazing. There's not so much around there, but the main reason to go is the safari and therefore I highly recommend the place. 😊 Room was very clean and there's a good ac in it.

“Great value place to stay for Yala Safari”

Very good value, very helpful host who arranged safari in Yala. We had an amazing curry cooked for us, absolutely yummy and lots of it! Breakfast was also fabulous.

“A lovely stay with very welcoming hosts”

Castle resort was very clean and our hosts were incredibly welcoming. They were really responsive when we messaged them about anything and they arranged our safari tour for us which was fantastic. The room was very comfortable and clean and the AC was great. Our hosts made us food when we arrived and it was delicious, we absolutely loved it. They also took us to a nearby ATM and we felt very welcomed straight away. We would recommend anyone staying in this area to book this accommodation!

We had a fantastic stay at Castle Resort! The host was incredibly welcoming. the homemade food was absolutely delicious. One of the best breakfast we had :) Our room was spacious, comfortable. Plus, the resort is conveniently close to the safari. Highly recommended!

This is a very, very good place to stay in. Quiet place and nice AC room. Very nice family and also wellorganized. They arranged our safaritrip which was amazing. A very good dinner and a superb breakfast. Can highly recommend Castle Resort Yala.

Thank you so much for our amazing stay. Extremely comfortable beds and such lovely owners. We loved the breakfast and the location which was quiet so we had an undisturbed sleep.

Was amazing all around! Comfortable, full size beds and AC made for a good nights sleep! They also cooked dinner and breakfast for me which was amazing! I booked a half day safari to Yala with them which was also the lowest price which I could find in the area. The staff was super nice and they will do everything in their power to give you a great experience, highly recommend!

This was the best place I stayed in Sri Lanka. Room was comfortable and very clean. Food was tasty and portions were huge. They organized safari for me and it was great!
