“Good for one night before safari. More expensive than we were expecting”
Really rural, safari/ isolated vibes. Peacocks strutting round. Lovely pool- cleaner than described in previous reviews. Kids loved it. Very nice. Friendly staff. The senior guy spoke ok English, others didn’t. They were all working very hard but it seemed stressful for them to cook and turn rooms around for guests etc. Aircon worked well (very hot here) WiFi worked very well! Nice dinner. They kept our beers in their fridge which was very kind ☺️

“It is quite far from Tissa , but easy to get uber to go and leave.”
I liked the opportunity to swim in the pool and being able to walk near the lake. The manager and his team worked very hard and they were very kind.

“Very Nice Place”
I had the pleasure of staying at one of the best resorts in the Southern province. The Birdsong Leisure Resort is beautifully located with a breathtaking lake view, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, incredibly comfy and thoughtfully designed to ensure great stay. The staff is exceptionally friendly an supportive.The meals were another highlight- delicious and prepared to perfection. Overall it was fantastic experience and I would highly recommended this Resort to ànyone looking for a peacefully and luxurious gateway.

“Excellent Service, Lovely Location, Wonderfull Swimingpool”
Birdsong Leisure Resort is a perfect place to unwind. The service is excellent, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The food is clean, fresh, and delicious, and the pool is spotless and inviting. With breathtaking views, a serene environment, and a clean, well-maintained property, it’s a great spot to relax with family or friends. Highly recommended and can’t wait to visit again!

“Perfect stay, parte swimming pool and very nice staff”
The place was great. Very quiet and a beautiful terrace for having breakfast, lunch or dinner. The swimming pool is large. The hosts were very nice and let us checking out after the morning Safari, so we could swim before going to our next destiny.
