Set in the rocky Tisa Walls area, this 4-star hotel is situated in Ostrov. It offers spacious rooms and suites with tea/coffee makers and balconies. “Potentially a nice stay when restaurant back in business”
Pool and Jacuzzi very nice. Indoor sauna warm when it was actually operating. Very cheap rate. Reception staff friendly and helpful, not their fault that the Hotel was a construction zone upon our visit (off season). Comfy beds, good size room.

It’s a really nice hotel and the best price/value offering. The hotel is fairly modern, small enough to feel cozy and large enough to offer all that’s needed, and well organized. We had a standard room and it had a great view on the nearby lake and mountains – a definite highlight, and a balcony. Sadly no fridge, and the furniture could be newer, but it didn’t bother us. We also enjoyed the SPA with two saunas and a swimming pool. (Some minor elements could be renovated – like the door from the women‘s changing room into the pool area.) It’s located in a scenic spot in Bohemian Switzerland. The hiking trail we did started directly from the hotel. The breakfast had all standard options and was duly refilled and well organized. For dinner or lunch the hotel restaurant offered a nice menu and all we tried was delicious. We stayed there for Christmas and enjoyed the Christmas dinner too. Overall our stay was fantastic, and we’d love to come back. Many thanks to the team!

Great wellness hotel right at the beautiful rock formations of the Czech Switzerland natural park. We spent one evening and one morning here, but will come back for a longer period. We also got a great offer from booking.com and so the value for money was excellent.

“One night at Hotel Ostrov”
I really loved the room. I didn’t get the chance to enjoy the other facilities since I only stayed for one night, but I’ll definitely come back for a few days on vacation. The room was clean, warm, and peaceful — everything I needed — and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

“Acceptable. Great dinner. Beautiful nature. BUT stinky pool, uncomfortable beds, sauna open only from 4pm.”
The location was great. We really enjoyed the sauna and we appreciated the beauty of the nature. The restaurants schnitzel was special and delicious!

“Everything just spot on -”
We are used to travel, and this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Everything is breathtaking, and we got a very warm and professional welcome by Barbera. She was showing us the room, the spa area - and we felt very welcome. The dinner was also amazing and the breakfast Spot on with a big range of food.

“Great impressions”
Great place for a quiet relaxing holiday with a restaurant and a swimming pool surrounded by beautiful nature. Cozy room, comfortable bed, impressive view from the window. There is water, tea, coffee in the room, the food in the restaurant is delicious. Check-out is at 12:00, so you have time to go to the pool in the morning.
