“Cheap and good”
For the backpackers, this House gonna be amazing. You have a private home and the price is so cheap. In summer there is a AC. You can use that. Also you can cook somethings in kitchen. You can walk 20-30 minutes to go to the city center. Everything is perdeci here.

“Nice, friendly, english-speaking owners, but a completely unlivable situation—almost nothing works.”
Good things before bad… the studio apartment has cute decor matching the photos and is in a relatively decent location near a bus stop across from the “city” Respublica Stadium. Water pressure and hot water times are acceptable, as is toilet flushing. Also, very nicely (and unusually) there are good screens on the windows. Sadly, but necessarily, there are also bars… There is a washing machine but it takes FOREVER to do a load of laundry -- more than two hours! The lady I dealt with was very nice. They also have an open checkout time as long as they don’t have an early booking the next day.
