All the staff were very friendly. They went out of their way to feed us due to our dietary restrictions. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was adequate. They gave us water before we went sightseeing, saying it was important to drink water. We left very satisfied.

The hotel is located in a perfect location, just in the center of the city, very close to all the main touristic sites, only 5-10 min walking. The hotel is super clean and the stuff is super nice and friendly. Definitely best valuable for the price and recommended !! Faleminderit 🙏🏻

I had a wonderful stay at Ramel Hotel The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions and restaurants. A special shoutout to Dennis, who made the delicious breakfast! We are very satisfied with the hotel.Our flight delayed and we arrived after midnight but it wasn’t problem. We could check in easily.The staff is very kind and helpful, we could communicate in English without any problem.The breakfast was delicious every day.The hotel is clean and it is walk-distance from the Skanderbeg square or the central bus station (max 10mins) so I recommend it so much.

Highly recommend staying in this hotel if you're travelling to Tirana! We liked the room, it was clean, modern, the towels and toiletries were provided. The breakfast were amazing and we were full each time. The people working in the hotel are incredibly friendly and always willing to help:) If I visit Tirana again, I would surely choose this hotel!

The staff - very friendly and caring. Very impressed with their follow-up on solving a little issue we had in our room (extra towels and sheets) Clean and comfortable room. We even had 2 pillows per person! Good location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and sightseeing. The hotel is tucked away in an alley - quiet location.

Staff were very friendly & very helpful. Breakfast was amazing & plentiful, lots of food. Hotel is in a good location to get around & felt very safe. Hotel was in a quiet area so not much noise at night.

Everything was fine. Nice room, good bathroom, nice bed. The staff is very friendly, especially the man, who is responsible for breakfast. Breakfast was good, but for my taste, breakfast was a bit too very much orientated on Italian taste with a lot of sweet options.

We loved staying here. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff is incredibly kind and gentle. Breakfast was great. Totally recommended for a beautiful stay in Tirana.
