Very nice place to stay over with kids. End of April swimming pool was already open. And there is a big playground at the restaurant area. We also got easy room upgrade because we had baby with own bed with us.

I spent a week at Palmanova in Tirana, and it felt like home from the very first day. Mikel was so kind and attentive, always making me feel comfortable and resolving anything I needed right away, including accommodating my room change with ease. Adrian was another blessing always cheerful, always helpful, and truly going above and beyond every single day. The hotel itself was beautiful, the perfect place to relax and enjoy before, during, and after my sister’s wedding. My family and I loved the ambience, the pool, and the memories we created together. What made this stay unforgettable wasn’t just the lovely setting, but the warmth and care of the staff. They turned a special trip into something extraordinary. I’ll always treasure my time here.

The staff were very helpful and answered all our questions One thing we really appreciated was the incredibly friendly and efficient receptionist, especially Adrian . He was professional and ensured that we didn't lack anything throughout our stay He handled our late-night check-in very well and helped us to order food that late night He coordinated other staff, and they decorated a romantic dinner table for my wife on our anniversary. Adrian made the place a little home for us The room was tidy and fresh, and the bed was remarkably comfortable, and the resort provided a comfortable crib for our little King The food was great , my wife loved that cake dipped in honey and milk as a desert All in all , we had a comfortable stay

The hotel rooms were clean and spacious. The distance to the pool was about five meters. It was a quiet hotel. Its biggest advantage was having a staff like Adi. He's a knowledgeable staff who helped us address many of our shortcomings about the city. We thank him most of all!

We liked the friendly service, fresh food, very relaxed and comfortable environment. Amazing pool and sunloungers, beautiful views and perfect escape. The deluxe room was well furnished and coasy.
