“Nice modern Hotel by the international bus terminal”
Modern hotel directly by a large shopping mall and a bus terminal of most international bus connections. The breakfast was very nice as well. The hotel is quite far from the city center, but two local bus lines depart about every 10-15 minutes from the terminal, the bus ride is about 30 mins, starting very early in the morning, until late in the evening.

“fantastic - what a service!”
Because the bedcoversheet was torn, I got full refund of my entire two nights reservation and on top of that (as persistently emphasized by the manager) a junior suite for extra compensation of this (as they called) 'inconvenience'. AMAZING!

I was catching the bus to Prishtina so I stayed here for one night before an early departure. The hotel is immaculately clean, has very friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. And then its a 2minute walk down the escalator to the bus. Despite the proximity to the buses it was very quiet!

Superb property including rooms and bathrooms were first class. I booked a double room and it was very good. There were charging sockets and temperature adjustments in the room unlike the one that I stayed in durress but the prices were similar in both. Would totally recommend to someone looking for a room in Tirana. The free breakfast was amazing. They also assisted us in renting a car though last moment and also with the airport taxi. Amazing and friendly staff as well.

The staff at the reception were very competent and helpful. The hotel was very clean, with a good breakfast — highly recommended. I would suggest marking the hotel parking location on Google Maps, rather than the terminal, as it can be confusing.

Modern hotel, located at/ adjacent to a shopping mall. I had some things to manage in that part of the city which is of course not a typical tourist place, however, the hotel was amazing. I also worked a bit during my stay, so a workplace and WiFi are top! Reception open 24/7, staff is very friendly and helpful. Broad variety of food for breakfast. There is not a minor thing to complain about. This hotel is easily accessible by two bus routes or taxi. For those who plan their trip by coach to other parts of the country this hotel can be a great transit point. Highly recommended.
