Upon arrival we realised that the promised facilities such as swimming pool were closed! We immediately asked for cancellation and refund, but they delayed it until the day after, past 10:00 (check out time)! And then they charged us unfairly for two nights! Although, we left on 10:30 and only stayed there for one night!

The staff are AMAZING! The reception, pool, bar, cleaners. Every single person makes you feel welcome. Always giving a smile and helping hand. Always doing there best to make you relax. I have travelled 15 countries in Europe and stay in many hotels. The hospitality here was the BEST.

nothinf really except for the staff they were ok but overall it was misleading it was not a luxury resort nor was it clean the breakfast was served cold most likely from past customers idk i had omelette and it was the worst

Big, modern, clean room! Very helpful night shift, even though we had to check out before breakfast hours in order to take a bus, he offered us a toast, some juice and a coffee. A bit far from the centre but very close to the bus station if you're traveling, plus the bus stop for the centre is also very close by.

“Perfect”
- located just outside of the busy city but right next to a shopping Center so it was easy to get a bus or taxi to places - The pool was clean and a great place to relax I travelled at the end of the “summer season” on the weekend the music was louder at the pool but I could only hear it if my room door/ window was open. During the week there was music by the pool but not so loud. - Breakfast was great - Staff were very pleasant and helpful, I was a solo traveler so I also felt very safe - Fantastic price
