The food and everything

Great location of the hotel but the bungalow was just OK. It was a little outdated and definitely needs some improvements, such as fresh paint on the walls, a renovated bathroom, or simply cleaner windows. The hotel staff were extremely helpful, and the food in the restaurant was very good. The chicken sambal and nasi goreng were absolutely top-notch. The only thing I would suggest is replacing the fish burger, which was absolutely inedible. Breakfast was really good especially curry and rotii.

The beach is directly opposite of the hotel which is very convenient if you’re planning to just chill by the beach or do some beach activities

Probably the best place to stay in Juara, the location is beautiful, the cabins are comfortable and pretty and the restaurant and food are good. The owners made the smart decision to preserve some of the raw nature around the cabin which makes the hotel feel in balance with the setting.

Coconut Grove is a charming beach hotel! Its located right at the beach (you just cross over a footpath and there's the sandy beach with chairs plus also a little bar). Another bonus of the location is that the turtle sanctuary is right next to the hotel and you can start a nice walk to the waterfall. The rooms are located in individual bungalows - mine was very cosy, with a comfortable bed. The staff was extremely helpful and organised transport and snorkeling trips.

“Amazing place to stay”

Amazing place right on the beachfront with beautiful chalets in a natural environment. Really helpful and friendly staff. Great food. Excellent trips to go snorkeling and rainforest hiking. Right next to a turtle conservation centre. Easy to walk around to nearby places. Easy pick up from the ferry by 4x4. Fantastic location where we had the entire beach pretty much to ourselves with shallow water and easy swimming in crystal clear water. Truly amazing place.

For me, in that part of the island the best hotel as it was very quiet but had next door a much more active hotel if you want to choose both options, in front of the beach. Unbeatable experience, the staff was great, helpful at all times.

- Staff very friendly, I travelled alone and they were very supportive - I had the big bungalow on the beach with terrace, it was very nice also to enjoy sunrise - Location was good, at the end of the beach - Restaurant and breakfast was good

“Amazing trip in paradise!”

Location in the sea view room was perfect, a few steps onto the beach. Brilliant staff who couldn’t have done more, including organising a snorkelling trip for us. We used the restaurant for breakfast everyday and for dinner, both were great. Would definitely return and recommend Coconut Grove!

It's located towards the south end of the beach so very little traffic : as such it's quiet. The beach is literally a 30sec from the bungalow very nice
