The hotel is nicely made like a castle (from the inside). It was clean and the room was big. The staff was very responsive and check in and check out was super easy. Great view from the balcony.

I felt very welcome when I arrived. Even if I arrived late, I could have dinner. The owner is accommodating.

“Great value for money in a climbing paradise”
Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Also the owner is very welcoming and accommodating! Great value for money! If you are a climber or a hiker the area is a must visit when you are in Morocco. We are already planing our next visit for a longer period.

“No contact, closed dirty hotel”
when I arrived at the hotel it was closed, the host did not respond to contact via booking or phone. Some nice people, probably the host's family, were in the basement of the hotel and came to ask what we were doing because the hotel was closed. They were very surprised that we had paid for the night. They let us into the hotel and gave us the only clean room for the first impressions. The room lacked towels, the bathroom was dirty and there were no pillowcases. The bathroom was very dirty with low pressure in the shower. Unfortunately, the gentlemen did not find the password for the wifi for us. Unfortunately, the host did not contact us, in the morning we did not get the paid breakfast. I rate this hotel very low despite its nice appearance and friendly friends of the host. It is very bad when you do not have contact with the owner, the hotel is closed and dirty, I will not get breakfast. I read the reviews, and I noticed that this is not the first time. I warn against this hotel
