“Great host, cozy hostel but very cold in winter”

Jamal was a great host and showed us local restaurants in the city! The rooftop terrace offers a nice view and the hostel is very cozy. In the morning, he created a great breakfast for us with omelette and fruits!

Close to the CTM bus station. This place would ve cool but definitely deserve a better host!

Jamal will welcome you like family. He is kind-hearted and cares about your experience. The view from the terrace is stunning while watching the sunrise and sunset.... The hostel is clean and artistic, and the breakfast is plentiful, fresh, and made with care. I will be back.... All the very best Jamal my friend.

“Would not recommend :(”

The property was nice and the owner was helpful in the day. Breakfast was good HOWEVER I would never recommend this place to anyone.

- Very beautifully designed Hostel. - Great view from the rooftop terrace. - Tour through the medina of Tighir with the owner with some Berber Pizza afterwards - The cleanest hostel I went to on my 3 week Morocco trip.

“Best hostel in Todgha gorge”

Hostel is very central in the jews quarter. Breakfast is various and staff were so helpful. Jamal was so informative and organized for us a hiking journey in the palm groove . Stunning view from the rooftop. Highly recommended 👌

Very interesting interior design, you see there an artistic touch☺️ The stuff is extremaly friendly! We were taken also to the local hamman, which was super nice. The breakfest was delicious and the view from terrace was amazing!

“Comfortable stay in a convenient location”

Good location near the centre and taxis to the gorge. The staff were really friendly and helped us with taxis and places to eat. Comfortable stay with a nice outdoor area to relax at the end of the day.

The building itself is beautiful with a terrace overlooking the oasis - The staff are very friendly and helpful with recommendations, creating a very friendly atmosphere. By far, the best hostel I have stayed in in Morocco!

“Very enjoyable - recommend!”

Myself and my friend stayed here for a few nights as we were rock climbing in Todra Gorge. Our experience was super nice overall. We did see the negative comments and honestly cannot believe that they are referring to the same person/owner. We didn’t have any of those issues personally, maybe we were just very lucky 🍀 Jamel the host was super attentive and helpful. We had both breakfast and dinner there several times and it was always delicious. He helped us with the parking area, he told us about some local touristy things to do. We found the hostel to be always clean and the Jamel and his friend who helps him super friendly and respectful. We were never pressured to pay for food immediately, we paid at our own pace.

The staff was very kind and told me about the facilities, sightseeing, and bus stops. Also, the couscous for dinner was very delicious and unforgettable. The terrace was great as you could see the stars and there were cushions so I spent the great time. I would definitely use it again. Thank you very much!!!!

What stands out the most apart from the incredible work of art that it is the hostel and all its feature is the kindness and gentle heart of the owner. Moreover he was always available and ready to advise us on the best things to visit in Tinghir. The breakfast was amazing and we felt very welcomed.

The Hostel was Full of nice people, we had a Great stay there. Its a really beautiful Hostel with a lot of lovely Details. My girlfriend and i stayed in the double bedroom, highly recommendable, super comfy. The Location of the Hostel is perfect, Next to the Oasis, close to everything you need. Jamal is a very friendly and helpful guy!

The host Jamal was best! Amazing hostel, nice style and love for small details. Funny entertainer, good chef, picked up my busticket to next city... For him is this hostel more then a job, it's passion;)

We had an amazing time in Tinghir and it was because of Jamal. We felt extremely welcomed and he made us live several local experiences. The hostel is great: comfy bed, useful kitchen and a beautiful rooftop. Thank you for everything Jamal, we will be back!
