The restaurant was simply amazing. It is in itself worth the stay! Functional rooms.

Beautiful location with beautiful views. Going for the slightly higher price gets you a much nicer room.

“Excellent stay, delicious food”

Lovely property, about a 10 min uphill walk from the main square, this didn’t bother us as I needed to walk off the wine drunk! Lovely rooms, helpful and friendly staff and a truly excellent restaurant onsite. The food was delicious and Villa del Cielo’s own wine made with a local vineyard was great. Thank you for a lovely stay!

“Lovely little setup with a pool and great restaurant”

The restaurant food was very good, and our waitress was great. The pool is nice to freshen up in on those hot days.

They tried to charge us for an extra night on a aggressive way. Not recommended

Very peaceful location (aside from the odd barking dog) with lovely views of the surrounding hills. About a 10/15 minute walk into town so good access to the local shops and restaurants. Lovely fresh breakfast.

Beautiful location, close to the centre of Tilcara. The little huts are super well equipped, the staff are lovely, the bed is comfortable and the breakfast is fantastic. Really enjoyed the spa as well, with beautiful views, after all our trips. Tilcara is a great base to explore the main sights around the area. The hotel also has its own vineyard and produces and excellent wine which we were lucky enough to be able to try at a wine tasting event. The restaurant is superb, with wonderful and creative dishes that really stood out.

“A really special place in a stunning area of the Andes and not over run by tourists .”

From the moment we arrived we felt peace and the beauty all around , especially the view of the Andes from our room and the restaurant patio. The staff were so friendly and the food in the restaurant in the evening was Michelin star with delicious wine . The pool spa was such a lovely area to spend a quiet hour and booking it for a specific time was lovely . We lovely it all so much we extended our stay 3 night here . Highly recommend

“Overpriced and a very average breakfast - they need to up their game”

This was easily the most expensive place that we stayed in during our 4 weeks in Argentina and to be honest we expected more for our money. The two things that really disappointed were the swimming pool and the very average breakfast. Firstly the swimming pool - you have to book in advance, you can only use it once a day and it was all too convoluted. The breakfast was bread and bread - very boring and very bad coffee! The plus points were the staff - particularly Magili and Vivian who were helpful and lovely. The bungalow was comfortable and spacious but there are no usable sockets in the bedroom to charge your phone. This is not good enough in an expensive place in 2024. The kitchenette was ok and we did manage to cook a meal in there.

Breakfast is nice and staff very welcoming. Rooms are all different - some of them are amazing, some others are ok (in terms of view and some ammenities). Design is beautiful. Sauna and pool area is like in pictures and free of charge. Heating and hot water work correctly.

Very nice staff, extremely good wine and food offered by the restaurant. Location was breathtaking. Staff also speak English.

This hotel is definitely amazing! We loved everything about it. It’s very warm, the room is very cozy, and there’s a wonderful view from the room. All the rooms are architected to offer great views. One morning, we even had a cloud visit our terrace! The hotel is filled with interesting little artistic details. There’s a good, clean area with a warm pool and a sauna, beautifully lit thanks to well-designed windows. The hotel also has a fantastic restaurant where the chefs are true artists. The dishes are creatively composed, wonderfully prepared, and beautifully presented. It’s a very peaceful and quiet place above the tourist town. If I visit Jujuy again, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

“Relaxing”

The location is lovely. We loved the small restaurant. Excellent soup, main dishes and wine. Friendly staff. A perfect place to relax.

Dogs barking and cockerels crowing kept us awake a lot!

The hotel was in an amazing location with great views! Luz at reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. I just wished I stayed longer there
