“Absolute perfection!”

An oasis in a small and wonderful little town in the northern desert of Argentina. The best breakfast I've had in any hostel - they bake everything themselves! The room is quiet, warm, roomie, with plenty of hot water, and no bunk beds! The service is warm, friendly, and accommodating!

We had the room on the first floor with the balcony, it was beautiful. Super comfortable and clean. Location is great in the centre of Tilcara. The breakfast was simple but good with decent choice. Self check in possible and very easy. A great place !

“Excellent place to stay”

This is a beautifull place. The staff are very nice and helpfull. It has a nice common area with a beautifull view of the mountains. The breakfast is very good and diverse. They pre-prepare a breakfast for you, in case you leave early in the morning. The dormitory is very spacious with only 6 beds (no bunks!). Best hostel I stayed in Argentina.

The view from the dining room was exceptional. Breakfast was great. Friendly staff. Many nice spaces in the building to chill. Close to the town.

A great place to stay in Tilcara- we had a gorgeous room and you just can't beat that view of the mountains from the common/breakfast room! Easy to walk to the centre of town where there are plenty of restaurant options, and the staff were all lovely. Very sad to leave!

“The best breakfast with a view!!”

OMG I loved this hostel!!! I stayed here just for one night during carnaval (it was already booked on other nights but if I could I would definitely stay longer!). It’s more like a posada type of place, witb several private rooms and one dorm for 5 people. There are no bunk beds! Each bed is separate and there is plenty of space in between them so that you have your privacy. I loved that each bed has it’s own chest instead of the locker! But the best, THE BEST thing was breakfast!!! OMG!!! One THE VIEW, two SELECTION OF FOODS. I live in Argentina since a few years and I truly don’t want to insult anyone but usually breakfasts here are awful. You get a piece if old bread and a tiny pot of dulce de leche/ cheese paste or ungodly sween membrillo. But in this hostel 😍😍😍😍 There was full buffet! Eggs, two types of bread, budin, fresh medialunas, cereals, cheese, ham, fruit selection, two types of juice, tea selection, coffee, chocolatada and I’m sure that also other things that I forgot about. All the ladies who work here are the nicest, the friendliest and the kindest people ever. And I loved how there were giving you tips about the carnaval, safety issues and just in general letting you know what may happen. I LOVE THIS PLACE ❤️ Highly, higly reccommended!

Absolutely everything! Our room was cozy, clean, and beautiful. Antigua Hostel itself was also extremely beautiful, and all the staff were the friendliest we've encountered. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious! (eggs, homemade breads, ham, cheeses, fruits, etc)

“Nice place to stay in Tilcara”

Beautiful building. Great location with the ability to park for free just outside. Lovely view from the breakfast room. Breakfast was pretty good vs others we have had in Argentina. Very big room which was nice and clean. Lady who did our check-in was lovely and gave us lots of advice on things to do and see in the area.

Lovely boutique hotel. Excellent location. Walking distance to the Main Street and bus starion. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Fast WiFi.

Great staff! So friendly and patient, even with a non-spanish speaker, including dealing with my egg and dairy allergy. Willing to give many helpful recommendations. Tilcara is also a great town, and we'd highly recommend you visit
