“Serenity at Villa Simone- Part Deux”

I love the views of Lake Arenal. Villa Simone has a wonderful French host ‘Christian’. This is my second visit and I hope to visit again if I find myself back in the area.

With beautiful elevated views of lake Arenal, Christian’s Villa Simone offers a comfortable relaxing stay in a modern French style home. The rooms all have large format glass sliding doors that beautifully frame the lake view. The climate at Lake Arenal is very comfortable and if you are into Kitesurfing, Tico Kitesurf is very close. Christian is a wonderful host. I really enjoy his company and I look forward to staying with him again.

“Amazing view, new property with comfortable bed. Welcoming owner :)”

Very nice and welcoming owner, we could chat about everything. He prepared breakfast next day which included fresh baked bread and other bakery with home-made jams. View from the room was spectacular despite the bad weather. Place is new so room and bed were very comfortable. Road to the property was fine, we had Suzuki Jimny and had no problem with arrival.

Fantastic host, very helpful. Great breakfast and good advice on the visits to do. Bed XXL and room with a beautiful view (when the weather allows).

The host is an incredibly friendly and warming person. The view was amazing, just the weather wasn't helping much most of the time haha. Extremely clean place, all you need and modern. Homemade jam was delicious!! And finally a hot, strong shower

What a fantastic place, from the terrace and your bedroom you have a beautiful view over the lake. The hosts are great and do everything to make you feel at home. Herwin makes a delicious French breakfast for you. Book quickly before it is sold out.

The property is stunning with astonishingly beautiful views - birds , monkeys and lake. Host Christian and partner warm and welcoming. Easy to find. The room was lovely, clean and comfy with plenty of hanging space , bathroom elegant. Fresh bread & Christian’s ginger, banana and guava jam a revelation :). Thank you

“Villa Simone Eco Lodge is exceptional”

The host was so friendly, helpful, and charming - he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We had a spectacular view of Lake Arenal, and the sunset was fantastic. We were treated to a delicious breakfast with gallo pinto, scrambled eggs, ham, local fruit and cheese, and homemade gluten free bread with local coffee and fruit juice.
