The hotel is fine, but their billing is deceptive. While prices are listed in USD online, they only accept card payments in MXN using an arbitrary, inflated exchange rate. This resulted in paying almost 15% more than the advertised price.

Very nice and comfortable hotel in the middle of everything. But inspite of that, our room was quiet.

“Comfortable, clean and convenient”
Great location, just a quick taxi from the border crossing. We did not have a street side room, so it was very quiet. The rooms are smaller but perfectly comfortable. It's an old hotel, so I love the vibe and yet well maintained. There are so many great shops and cafes, without getting harangued by shop keepers.

The location is great, and the surrounding area seems relatively safe. The Wi-Fi signal is excellent.

“Don’t stay here. If you must, get a room not overlooking Revolucion”
They don’t do breakfast. It’s a good location on Revolución if you like to party. Cleaning staff great

The couldn't process any credit cards and asked for all cash. The room was extremely loud as the street noise went until 5am every morning.

Nothing. We booked a room on booking.com and when we arrived the reception said they had no rooms and they had resold our rooms.
